I just called the groups office, outside of normal office hours, about my wife in hopes of sending a message to the groups on-call doctor. Their phone answering tree went in to an infinite loop. This is the 21st century, such stupidity should not occur. My wife may think Dr. Camiscoli and her group are competent and compassionate, but if I could meet them now, I call them all fools. Its their practice and they have let an incompetent staff interfere with their job of delivering proper patient care. This happens when doctors in a group think their staffs job is protecting them from their patients, not insuring the doctors deliver the most and best care possible within their resource limits. A decade ago, when I wanted to be her patient, Id have given the Dr Camiscoli and her group 5 stars, but now, just because of this programming error, I cannot. Charles Starks

My mother has been going to her for 20+ years. My mother is immensely ill with liver failure, psoriatic arthritis, neuropathy, etc. my mother mentioned her numb and painful feet and she ignored it. I once was in the room with her when my mom said "oh wow, my feet are swollen" and Deborah said "thats probably because youve been sitting" 12 years ago my mother got a blood test done. Camiscoli told her her liver enzymes were up, and never said anything else. Never said it could cause problems, never really bat an eye, she kinda just left my mom to figure it out. 12 years later and my mom is now waiting for a liver transplant because her liver is too far gone to be saved. Thank you Camiscoli, for literally doing the opposite of your damn job.

Wife was just released from being in the hospital for 3 months and now is paralyzed, Her office gave us a hard time scheduling an appt. even though she was our PCP, they said we needed a valid reason to come in. Then on the day of the appt. made us wait over an hour. When we finally got to see her, she proceeded to talk to us like a 2 yo, and then stormed out of the office when we questioned what she was saying and because my wife was crying. Then they messed up the script for the MRI so we needed to go back twice, once for each leg. Avoid this doctor, most rude, unprofessional and non-compassionate doctor ever. Dont count on her to handle anything worse than a cold.

I have been going to Dr. Camiscoli for several years, and she is everything a doctor should be. She is professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain test results and answer your questions. This does not absolve the patient of the responsibility to take ownership of his or her care, and no doctor will be able to answer any questions that are left unasked. It is up to the patient to do a fair bit of research on his or her complaints, and present that information to the doctor, who will then put that information into context or explain why it is wrong. I have found Dr. Camiscoli to be very good at this. I recommend her.
