There was much confusion amongst the staff of this office regarding a billing policy, so let me share what was finally made clear to me by the doctor himself. There is a charge for an initial consultation, and this payment is NOT applied towards any treatment that may follow. Fortunately, but with much difficulty, I learned of this before my consultation took place, and thus I was able to take my business elsewhere. In the future, I suggest the office staff explain this in advance to everyone who contacts them about an initial visit.

The doctor told me to come back for biopsy within the month. I tried to schedule an appointment and the soonest they had was over a month away. They were rude when I mentioned I was advised to be seen sooner. Im nervous the biposy may show I have skin cancer, but it is apparent they couldnt care less about my health or following the doctors orders.

Dr. couldnt figure out what a Lipoma was. Wouldnt remove it off my back or the mole on my back. Even through I called ahead of time and told them what it was. And there website states they would remove it. She recommend me to this Breast Cancer doctor and plastic surgeon. Wasted 50 dollars and PTO time.

Very professional establishment. Computerized so you dont have to fill out forms every time you come. They are good with kids so I bring my son here also. The wait times can either go to ways. Either you get right in, or you wait for an hour.

The doctors are very helpful, kind, and good at what they do, but making appointments is difficult - Ive showed up to 2 appointments in a row where they gave me the wrong time or were closed.
