I would leave this place with 0 stars if google would have allowed me to do so. We had our appointment with one of the physician here , and before making our appointment we clearly indicated that the patient is an infant and the condition she has for which the appointment was made. Also we checked if the doctor was a pediatric dermatology specialist for which the front office confirmed as yes. The appointment was made well in advance like a month before. I understand the diagnosis had to be made in person before recommending any medications or referring to other physicians. But, the fact that the Physician didnt even looked in to the Babys condition thoroughly and was literally in a hurry to leave the office on a Saturday afternoon was much worrying. I understand everyone has a life but if thats the case, i would have rescheduled my appointment to a later time rather driving down 40 minutes one way. We could sense the urgency for the doctor to leave right from the time where we entered the office where everything was pushing. The most troubling part is the doctor whom she referred indicating would a best fit for this condition completely denied that fact that she is of no expert to diagnose any skin rashes. So this place is a typical salon if you want to get any cosmetic stuff done and i would not recommend any deep medical expertise out of my experience. My experience is with one doctor and i am not trying to leave a blanket review here.

If you want a good dermatologist, this is NOT the place to go. First, youll get seen only by the PA, even if you specifically request a physician. The staff even tried to convince me that the PA was a doctor...their reasoning was that because they are board certified, they are considered doctors. My mom went in for a rash on her neck and face. The PA did a blood test for shingles, gave her meds for shingles and never told her the dangers of shingles and that it was highly contagious. Thank God, it was not shingles but we would have never known that because they never called us to give us the results of the blood test or to tell her to stop taking the meds. The cream the PA gave her caused her face to be inflammed and when I called the office to ask a DOCTOR to call me, they never did. I was told to have her go to their Freehold office to see the "surgeon" which I never did because I was so fed up with this place. Instead I took her to Dr. Shragas office in East Brunswick whos practice is to have the PA start the exam and the doctor ALWAYS comes in to check the patient as well and confirm the diagnosis of the patient.

I didnt get a chance to get past the CS Rep on Klara. I have been going to a Dermatologist for 7 months and treatment is not working in the office or at home and I wanted to go to a dermatologist that does laser and I know my insurance does not pay for that so I wanted to pay out of pocket no matter how much it cost because I have not left my house in 7 months and I am very depressed. She had the nerve to tell me they dont accept cash and I should take full advantage of my insurance. So I asked what they do when someone doesnt have insurance and she told me that they put them on a payment plan. EXCUSE ME???!!! Are you kidding me! Who the *** does she think she is especially when she doesnt know my situation or how much this has affected my life! CS should stick with answering the questions and not give out their opinions. I will find another dermatologist where my money is welcomed and my situation is accepted.

Tried this location out for the first time. Scheduled an appointment that required me to leave work early (as their hours didnt match my work schedule well). Arrived 10 minutes early, and then proceeded to wait 40min (30 minutes past my appointment time). It seemed like all other appointments were delayed, and it would have been nice to be told that when checking in and paying the copay. The Dematologist was helpful and friendly, but i did feel that she was rushing to try and get to more patients (which left me a little short on time to consider any additional questions that i might have). Maybe it was just a busy day, as my only real concern was with the wait time and staff neglecting to inform me. All else was good, so I would give this place another try.

This is one of the best specialist office I have ever experienced. The entire office staff was helpful and friendly.The office is clean. The wait time was less than 15 minutes for both my initial visit and my procedure. I was impressed by the Dr.Centurion and his assistants efficiency and flow of the procedure itself. Im not a relative.lol Just really appreciate a specialist who cares about quality all the way around and respects that my time is important as well.

Horrible experience twice. These people are just in the business to write prescriptions, they dont care about their patients needs. I spent a total of 2 minutes with my doctor, she was RUSHING out the door ready to write a prescription to get to the next patient, as I was trying to ask her questions about the products I was using. If you want a doctor that truly cares about your needs, dont go here because you will be disappointed and waste your time.

I absolutely love the customer service in their office. From the receptionist to the assistants to the doctor. I must say theyre very patient , I went in with my toddler and I currently have a sprained Ankle so it was difficult for me to walk/open doors etc. but they made sure they were accommodating.

First time coming to this facility and I had the BEST experience. It honestly shocked me... Megan Pawloski was not only super nice but made me comfortable and answered all my questions very professionally. This is the only dermatology center I will be going to thanks to Megan and her team!!
