These guys are disgusting and dont care about their patients (little kids), JASMIN is by far the worst of them all, they could have fixed my daughters teeth but instead waited let it rot and them pulled 3 TEETH OUT ! than when i asked why they didnt do anything for the past three months she answers me "This is a clinic that deals with medicaid clients this is how we work here if you want things done differently go somewhere else " shes lucky my kid was crying because if not i would have decked her. WORST PLACE EVER - only thing that was good was the secretary who knew right away JASMIN was the issue.

The dentist here are really good but their receptionists suck. Ive been calling for the past 2 weeks to schedule an appointment. Every day I try multiple times through out the day, yet no one picks up the phone. I actually made it through once but they put me on hold for 15 minutes where I gave up after. If you cant handle your job go work somewhere else. Their reception is unbelievable and trash. They should get new admins. The ones working there seem to be too comfortable and dont get anything done.

First they put my son in restraints to do dental work. They didnt finish up their work and now my son has a infection where they did their work. I call a patient representative and Maimonides lost his X-rays, lied about what they did and claim I refused anthesia meanwhile they refused to give it to them. Inexperienced people working there and my son had a traumatizing experience. Never again will I go there!

Make you wait for no reason. They took one of my children and the same Dr was supposed to see the second son. Meanwhile, the Dr decided to take an emergency appointment first. So we waited for an extra hour for the second child to be seen
