Called and told them that my child failed his hearing test and if they knew of a doctor that does hearing. They referred me to Dr. Sakr that is a nose, throat, and ear specialist, not a hearing test specialist. Luckily I found one after I called the office of Sakr before I took my child there and had to pay $150 plus 25% because they dont do hearing test. Unfortunately I have to take my child to a specialized hearing specialist. I will have to call my "doctor/nurse practitioner" again to see who I can take him to. Which last time they really did not help me on who I can see. On another note I told the nurse practitioner of some issues I have been having for a very long time and she told me to set up or get set up with physical therapy... My insurance will not pay for it because what I have is not considered physical therapy related for one and for two my issue has nothing to do with physical therapy. Again, I had called them a couple of weeks ago about the same issue, they said I should come in even though they are aware of the previous complaint. I begged them to refer me to an Neurologist. They called me back 2 days later and told me that I should come in and talk to the nurse practitioner. I told the receptionist that she is aware of what is going on and I cannot afford to pay $150 out of my pocket to talk to her and then pay another 25% on top of what my insurance does not pay. Then pay another $150 out of pocket and another 25% to see someone else or be referred to and see someone else. If you read this double check on where they are sending you or your kids because it might not be necessary and you might be paying for doctor bills that are unrelated to whats going on with you or your children!

creekside medical has become a disorganized mess since dr. tallman left.heidi carr is overwhelmed .we need a real doctor to oversee all the mistakes heidi carr is making .she never returns your phonecalls she has a very mean demeaner.she might be a good vetrinarian.then she can work on animals .she takes her job personal and jumps to false conclusions.until they get a real doctor or a practitioner that knows what there doing i will not be going there any further.i dont believe she will be there long .im not the only one with a problem with her .the other people in the office are kind and respectful.too bad one bad egg can cause so much damage.

Love this office! Love the staff! Always friendly and always get me in when needed. Heidi Carr is wonderful!
