We were going to this place for two years and worked closely with Doctor Strominger. My son had occurring ear infection and we were referred to doctor Strominger by our pediatrician. I cant say enough good things about this doctor. He is knowledgeable, caring and very professional doctor. My son has to go through the two ear surgeries to insert tubes. As much as this experience can be stressful for parents and a child, doctor Strominger and his staff made this traumatic experience smooth and manageable for us. My son always feels comfortable on the check up exams with him and let him do the exam and necessary procedures. Unfortunately we have to leave the area and we feel sad that we have to look for the new doctor for our son. I would highly recommend doctor Strominger and this practice.

This place is terrible. Run, dont walk to Syracuse. Doctor did not prescribe an antibiotic after a cyst removal. I asked the attending (ASHU RUPARELIA) three time if he was going to prescribe an antibiotic. He said NO! Guess what? Of course the wound abscessed with no antibiotic. ANY high schooler with a biology class under the belt could tell you this. Then the front staff had the nerve to bill me for the follow-up-correction procedure where another doctor (ROBERT STROMINGER) fixed his partners mistake. Long story short? Go somewhere else!!!

Very unprofessional and uncaring office staff. The entire services provided are subpar at best. When it comes to customer service, this ENT simply fails. They will pass you off to the next person (who is, off course, not in that day), commit to call you back about an issue (and never do), and simply state, "they dont know" the answer to your questions without bothering to find out. Do not let them monolopize Ithaca. Take your business elsewhere and force them to step up their game or close their office doors.

They neither get, nor send, test information in a timely manner. 2 weeks should be more than adequate to perform these tasks, especially when they charge $105 for a 5 minute office visit. If there was any competition in the area I would leave quickly.

Have taken 3 of my 4 children here for ENT care and every time the staff and Doctors go above and beyond to take great care of us! We love this place and would never go anywhere else.

had a throat problem.. dr spent less than a minute with me.. gave me some junk that didnt do anything and didnt seem to care at all.. Never going back.
