Dr. Hartelius an his entire staff were accommodating, empathetic and informative throughout the entire treatment of my cat Oden. It started with Laurel in the Kerhonkson office who upon my first call sensed that Oden would need a sooner visit than was first available. Thank you Laurel, because of your action Oden suffered far less than he would have. He is in good spirits and his health has seemed to improve leaps and bounds thanks to the entire staff of Dr. Hartelius. I look forward to meeting the staff at the Stone Ridge office tomorrow for Odens next follow up with Dr. Hartelius. For any pet owner in the area, I must say that in all of my years as a pet owner, I have never met a more compassionate Doctor and staff.

I want to say thank you to all of you at Rondout Valley Vets. My stray cats and my regular’s say thank you as well and they appreciate the wonderful compassionate care they have received from all of the staff!.. I wish more people would take care of their pets as they would a family member in need. These cat’s are my family. Any stray that comes my way I will help.. I have a husband too but he can’t go to you!! Can you put him up for adoption??? :-) I will always do the right thing by the the cats I bring in and I want to thank Dr. Hartelius and Dr. Laux.
