Probably the worst experience of my life. I only started going here because of a friends recommendations. My first kitten that I had go through her year here had an amazing experience no issues, Ive had my fair share of doctors see her because my schedule kept changing last year. No issues with her and shes a healthy little baby. But in September I got two more kittens, boys this time. Everything was fine for their first few shots when all of a sudden my one kitten had a "huge hernia" is his stomach, and they both had "ear mites" Although I paid for the ear mite medicine, (one bottle for both at around $70) I had them get checked else where and since they were outside for the first week or so of their life, it was dirt. Ok, whatever. Now with the hernia, the doctor told me it could be removed around surgery for a couple hundred dollars extra. I got him checked out somewhere else absolutely no hernia/bulge. The rest of the doctors there didnt even corroborate her lies. When their "ear mites" were gone, the doctor tried getting me to buy more medicine for the mites, which I said no to and she replied "its okay not everyone can afford $20 per cat, come back when you can". They clearly work on some kind of commission. Fast forward to yesterday. I had one of my boys get fixed and when I arrived to pick him up (had to call them, they refuse to ever let me know when they are ready!) I was told to come in the back and speak to the Doctor. He asks me to pull my cat out of the cage so he can clean him, I look into the cage and theres a trail of blood leading up to him! He was so scared he was shaking the entire time and the best part- he was still bleeding when the doctor told me he wasnt! I made him check with a napkin and tada! Blood. He threw some glue on his poor little backside and told me everythings normal. The paper they even send home with you with "symptoms to look out for" disagreed with him! My little boy has swelling beyond anything, still some blood coming out, and redness! I will most definitely not be bringing him back here or any cat of mine. Dr. Mohammed is a terrible doctor, as are all of them. I will be bringing my boy to the hospital tonight if the wound doesnt look any better. Such a shame theyre only in it for the money now.

Worst experience EVER. My family and I went to euthanize our 20 year old cat who could now barely walk and had an abscess on his side. We were told by Dr. Mohammed that our cat was not suitable for euthanization. His exact words were "There are plenty of vets out there who would be happy to kill your cat. I am not one of them." Verbatim. He said those exact words. How is this man, who knows nothing of how my cat has lived, going to tell me and my family he refuses to euthanize my animal? He was the least professional veterinarian I had ever met. Please see my review on Yelp for the entire story as I cannot fit it here. Basically, this place has no compassion for animals. All they want is money. And Dr. Mohammed, if youre reading this, I hope you feel ashamed for the way you spoke to and treated my animal, my family AND myself today. You do not deserve to be a veterinarian. I would give this place negative stars if I could.

Horrible customer service! I wish there was a negative stars. They wouldnt let my wife use my care credit card so she used her debit card. They told her have your husband come and we will move it to the care credit card and return your money on your debit card. Well I go there and they charge my care credit then say the system wont allow them to put it back in thendebit card because the transaction was done yest. So needless to say it took 2 months of calls to corporate because no one at the store would give me the time of day. I guess the "manager" is responsible for multiple stores. In the end they only refunded the care credit not at all what I wanted! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My dog has been going here for probably 2 years now. They are not very hands on with my big boy. There are a few staff members that are good and one Doctor he is awesome. Most of the time when he really needs to be seen they never are available and we end up going to his primary vet. Cancelling his appointment with Banfield. They put him on antibiotics saying he has an infection but did not test him to see what infection it was. Again, we took him to his primary vet and the did the proper testing so waiting for results as I post this review. I will only come to them for his yearly exam. The staff needs an attitude check maybe they are in the wrong field of work.

The wellness plan is good but the service needs improvement. On two occasions I had an emergency with my dog. The first time they did not have an appointment even though it was an emergency. The second time they told me to take my dog to the hospital. Both of these issues could have been handled my Banfield. The first time my dog had a urine infection and the second time my dog got bit by an insect. I am disappointed at the service they provide when you need them the most. I will no longer be using Banfield. Horrible!!

MY pet was having diarrhea, we had a plan there, we spend like 550 dollars for exam, then they still cant treat him, around 15 days later, he gets worse, i went to other hospital spend like 200 dollars, they say he should be better in 3 days, this banfield doctor has no skill, just make me spend more and more money, and still cannot treat my dog, not going there anymore, bad experience, i trust them and buy plans for two years, now a simple diarrhea make me down, bad hospital, dont go

This is my 2nd time coming to this Banfield after relocating from the East Hanover hospital. I have a good experience from them and their staff has been nice and professional. Ive been with Banfield now for 2 years now and counting.

Rude..made me travel 45 minutes for an appointment I had for 2 weeks and told me upon arrival they cant take my dog they need to reschedule but they called three times to confirm..rediculous! Will never be back and never recommend

Employees are on a revolving door there. Its rare to see the same doctor twice. Takes weeks to get an appointment to see the doctor for all of 3 minutes. Its an assembly line, not a pet hospital.
