The staff was disorganized and incompetent. Wouldnt help us when we called, so we went in the office in person to make an appointment, and the receptionist didnt know what she was doing. They wrote the appt in the book wrong, so when we showed up, we had to wait until the next appt time because they had double-booked. Even making us wait for a half hour and seeing us try on frames, they never bothered to show us the frames that our insurance allows until after our eye exam, when we were ready to check out and go. When we made our appt in advance, they said they would confirm our insurance info and call with questions, and they didnt. They said our insurance wouldnt give them the information, which doesnt seem likely, but even if somehow that was true, they didnt call us, which they said they would if they needed anything, so we could have taken care of it ahead of time. Very bad experience. Avoid.

Dr Feder Himself was wonderful. However. his staff is still horrible and seem very incompetent with everything and just seem intent on padding the bill. I got conned into purchasing frames that are all wrong for my face for almost $300 With just plain progressive lenses with absolutely no options, the bill came to almost $800 ! The glasses are so bad that if I look anywhere but straight ahead, there is distortion and are actually dangerous to use while driving ..not to mention that they can give me a headache and make me dizzy. The only thing that they are good for is looking straight ahead...as in watching TV.. I guess that I will have to go to Walmart for a good and inexpensive eye glasses To be honest I cant even be sure if I received the right prescription when I asked for it. Definitely the very worst eyeglass experience that I ever had!

The front office staff is horrendous. They treat you like dirt as if they are paying your bills and they are the customer and NOT you. Being of Asian Origin, every time I go there they treat their Caucasian customers a lot better. Spending 30 to 45 mins as how they treat the other customers around you and then how they interact with you. My wife insists on going there because of Dr. Feder. I now refuse to go there after todays episode

Dr. Feder is great, however the receptionist is very nasty. I asked her for my eye glass prescription, she refused to give me the PD, even after explaining I would be ordering them online due to insurance only paying for one or the other. She then ordered the wrong contact lenses. Handed me the contacts in my hand with no solution or a bag. Disgusting.
