I ordered my glasses through them, it has been 2 weeks and I still dont have them, the staffs are friendly but whatever the lab they work with is terrible, I am totally disappointed with their service Update: The frame I ordered broke during shipment to the lab from the store, and the lab did not inform the store and sat on it for two weeks, after I called only they realized that it broke and gave me an another estimate of 2 weeks. Total lack of customer service and any sense of responsibility.

Ive been to this LensCrafters the past two years for my annual checkup and contact lens fitting, and I felt like they needed a review here because they are simply fantastic! The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything to you whether its about your eyes or billing to make sure you understand. And they value your time by running very close to appt times. Highly recommended.
