One day randomly in Target I explained my excess dry eye issue to the Target optometrist assistant. She was very polite during the first conversation explaining she will not provide any assistance unless I make an appointment. Ok thats fine. So I went back to my current optometrist office to see if they can look into my dry eye issue. Unfortunately they do not preform medical eye exams. I was instructed by my general practitioner and current optometrist to seek a medical eye exam to diagnose why my eyes were excessively dry. I called Target to schedule an appointment. The same doctors assistant at Target optical came across very short and annoyed this time. I dont know why as I was calling to schedule an appointment like she told me to. She then questioned my reasoning and doctors referral for the medical eye exam. She wanted an explanation as to why my current office could not preform it. Then told me if they find the reason for my dry eye was not medical then they would bill my vision insurance. Her tone came across as if I was trying to get an eye exam without following proper procedures. I found it to be some what hostile as if I annoyed her. I was only trying to book a medical exam. I ended up going to another office same day for a medical eye exam. They discovered the problem and there was no issue using my medical insurance. Turns out Im allergic to some of the preservatives and also have excess inflammation and oil on my eyes. I was referred by the new optometrist to seek testing for possible autoimmune disease just in case. I dont recommend Target optical for poor customer service.

I received from the time I enjoyed their store real hospitality. The young lady who was at the front greeting customers. My experience was awesome. They made me feel like I was th r most important person. Everyone their gave one on one. I left hugging everyone. They rock. This is my new optical spot.

Been here before, Dr. Bonnies father examined me. He was rude and rushed then. Went in to ask a quick question and was barely acknowledged by Dr. Bonnie herself, again encountered same rude non-helpful attitude. Would never ever go here again for anything!

Depressing optical place and pathetic staff. This place has only one person helping everytime and they are too damn slow!!.. it takes 1 to 2 hours even after selecting the frame and having the prescription re ady..totally Not recommend .

Team dont know how to handle patient schedules.. longer wait time even though you book your time. dont waste your time!!!
