Not a good experience today with his front staff, he might be good but a person that sits in the front of a computer in the far left corner of the reception barged in to my conversation with the receptionist that left me speechless. Where did she learnt her manners and customer service skills? If they deal with old and sick people like this I am glad I am not his patient.

Absolutely the spot on best doctor I have ever had. I went to the emergency room in the middle of the night for my appendix and he showed up in the morning to see me and check on my status. Bob is so personable - I dont know what Ill do when he eventually retires!

Dr. Kerper is an excellent physician. Been with him for many years now and he is honest, straight forward, and good sense of humor. Extremely punctual for a doctors office as well. He respects your time if you do his!
