Dr Patel is an excellent doctor! She is caring, knowledge and takes the time to talk with you. The only reason I give her office 4 stars instead of 5 is because when its time to refil my prescriptions, the staff is rude and unconcerned. It took Dr Patels office 5 days once, just to call in a refil for my prescription. If I call them way in advance, they end up forgetting my prescriptions all together. This is very frustrating when you you need your prescriptions in a timely manner.

Dr. Patel is great until you have a life threatening disease and she waves it off as shingles, or spontaneous pain/exhaustion etc. Seriously, find yourself a different doctor and maybe youll have a chance if this happens to you.
