This was my preference of Choice when Jeremy & Melissa were employed. When they left I started going to Jones...I have had the worst office visits my last few times I have had to go. The check-in and appointments (were pleasant), the ladies that took my bp, weight, and pre checks no complaints. But its frustrating to have to pay a Copay and leave with the same results that you came with. I was given any solutions nor did I even get a google search or recommendations. What I did get was a prompt response to schedule another appointment...AND I"M STILL TRYING TO FIND OUT WHY!!! Who goes to the Dr and gets NO Help No Solution and No peace of mind. Not even a week after my apt (no follow up called I called twice trying to get results/feedback). I got (2) calls requesting me to schedule another appointment and a BILL (I technically wasnt seen I paid a copay lost time from work and ended up treating my own self. No blood work was done to see if I needed any meds or nothing. Paula is the worst her attitude and customer service is not professional and she should work in the BACK since she doesnt care to help patients (upon checkout). I have no desire to ever return b/c of the lack of care and poor service I received. I know that Wilmington Internal Meds could careless but its sad when you have health care and people treat you so nasty and so rude. Im not why my service was so poor b/c I was pleasant during my frustration. I just hope this review helps to aid with support in the future.

Dr. Frank Snyder is the best there is! "Theres nobody that knows more than him when it comes to figuring out the hard stuff" is what I hear when I ask my OTHER DOCTORS who they see or send their family to in Wilmington for Internal Medicine. Yes, there is indeed a lengthy wait sometimes. But do you understand why? Dr. Snyder treats each patient individually according to their needs. He treats the WHOLE person. He does not subscribe to the ideology of time is money so get them in, get them out and grab that $. His concern is NOT for his pocket or purchasing the biggest and best home, car, 2nd home, vacations etc that his patients can pay for.....but instead, what HE can do for his patients. Can you say that w confidence about other doctors you know? I trust him with my entire family and even have friends that have traveled from Australia to see him for help with diagnosing their daughters complicated issues. AND, yes he was able to help them! So bring a book, play a game or surf the Internet on your phone if you have to wait, but relax with the confidence that comes with knowing you will be receiving the best care possible! His knowledge is extensive and he applies it with perfection. Thank you Dr. Snyder for sharing your knowledge and sincerely caring more for your patients than the bottom line!

Wilmington Internal Medicine is a physician office that is patient focused and will do whatever it takes by going above and beyond to ensure the patient and their care is always the #1 priority. The patient experience from check- in to check-out always leaves me feeling confident I am at the right place with a team of employees and physicians that genuinely care about my overall health and well being. The office manager is active in the everyday operations of the practice and always willing to be available should a patient need her which is not always the case in every physician office. I began seeing Dr. Snyder at a time when I was at the lowest of low regarding my health. I knew if there was any physician who could help me it was him. He is an internal medicine physician but knows, understands and has the knowledge to treat most medical conditions. I can say without hesitation he saved my life - he cares - he goes above and beyond - and he will not stop until he finds what the problem is and how to "fix" it. The words thank you are not nearly enough to him or the staff there for all they have done and continue to do for me.

This is the worst doctor patient relationship I have ever had. My doctor, Dr. Kimberly J. Salene, would not give me a call back, even though I asked her to call me back several times. Her personal assistant called me just to let me know that my doctor will not call me and I have to come see her. Is it that hard for a doctor to call her patient for two minutes. as far as I know she is not the president yet. After trying to explain the situation to the assistant, she "politely" told me "goodbye sir" and just hung up the phone on me. If you are looking for some kind of personal relationship with the person that is in charge of you health for the rest of your life, please look somewhere else. There are good doctors everywhere, but it is much harder to find good people. I couldnt finds them at Wilmington Internal Medicine.

THEYRE ARE THE WORST IN WILMINGTON STARTING WITH FRONT DESK ACTING LIKE THEY ARE DOCTORS WHEN ONLY THEY ARE LIVING ANSWERING MACHINES. THEIR PA MS. JONES WHO IS NOT A DOCTOR WILL TELL YOU NOTHING IS WRONG WITH YOU. BUT IF YOUVE ALREADY SEEN HER PLEASE GET ANOTHER REAL DOCTOR TRUST ME ITS A WISE CHOICE. WENDY (OFFICE MANAGER NOT A M.D.) WILL ALSO TRY TO DIAGNOSE YOU BUT BEWARE. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PHONE ETIQUETTE SKILLS ARE NON EXISTENT. SHE IS THE REASON WHY I CHOSE TO NO LONGER BE A PATIENT. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND MOVE ALONG. YOUR HEALTH AND WELL BEING ARE TOO IMPORTANT. YOUR MONEY AND TIME ARE TOO VALUABLE. I WENT TO UNIVERSITY PHYSICIANS BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST. SO I BEG OF YOU DONT CALL THIS PRACTICE.

I have been relying on Dr. Kimberly J. Salene for my medical needs for the past few years and find her to be extremely caring and genuinely concerned about the health of her patients. Her only aim seems to be to improve the lives of the people she sees. My wife and I both see her for all our medical needs. The office and lab staff has been outstanding to work with and have responded to all our request promptly and professionally. We have recommended Dr. Salene to friends and family and all have been extremely pleased with her. I do not know what issues some on the reviewers on this page have, but I can assure you my experiences with this practice and Dr. Salene have been first rate.

I began seeing Melissa Bitto in 2003 and enjoyed every moment of her witty attentive care. When she left I was frightened the same care would not be around. Dr. Hirsch took over and was just as pleased. I now see Dr. Foxall and appreciate him for his efficiency & compassion as a physician. Its also great to see a physician that openly praises God. My wife enjoys seeing Mrs. Jones, my son Dr. Foxall, and my daughter Dr. Salene. My whole family appreciates the physicians, all of the staff from check in, blood draw station, nurses, check out, and their unique personal touch that reassures us weve made the right choice for our health.
