Try talking to the financial people about going through a hardship and you will find out very quickly that this place does not care about its patients at all. I realize payment is important. Every time my nephew tried to pay in the office he was told he owed nothing. I do feel there are extenuating circumstances here. Sent my nephew to collections over $120 without even trying to reach him by phone. Ruined credit over &120. Who cares hes been homeless, hospitalized for suicde attempts , has a major depressive disorder or that hes so anxious right now that he cant hold a job? Not his doctor at this place and certainly not the rude office staf thats for sure. everyone gets testy over money, but there was an overall feel of rudeness before the conversation even got started. I dont get you people. I was trying to pay the bill and you still had an attitude. Save yourself the trouble and find a doctors office that will actually partner with you to help you get through a tough time in your life rather than dismiss you. Apparently, greenhoe could care less either if my nephew kills himself as the office manager stated he was fully aware and in agreement that my nephew wasnt allowed back as a patient over $120. I agree the bill needs to be paid, but the lack of compassion in this office is mind blowing. First do no harm, right?

Incompetent doctors, at least one of whom should have retired ten years ago... Bibles--yes, bibles!--on the tables in the waiting rooms... Snotty workers at the front desk... And...filthy examining rooms... Avoid this place like the plague...

I have seen two doctors and the NP, Alprin, and they have all been great. Ive gotten in promptly and received compassionate but wise advice. The nurses and staff are great too.

Dr. Greenhoe is great. Always seems to be right on time. If he is running late, it is only by a few minutes. I have not had an issue with this office.

Ive been going over a year. Lowden is a great doctor. I never need to wait when I make an appointment.
