Made an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time. Went in; sat for 3 hours in 100 degree office. Girl at desk calls us up and says...we dont have your records. My husband is out of all of his heart medicines (hes had 2 heart attacks) blood pressure, etc. ALL of his meds hes out of... a WEEK LATER..they call and say (hes already found another doctor by then ~ THANK GOD!) that they cant treat him because he takes certain meds that they are not authorized to prescribe....this is almost a MONTH LATER...if hed not found a doctor by the grace of God & hed had a heart attack...I wouldve sued this office big time..I have a LOT of lawyers & judges in my family whod help me do this. Oh...and when the girl called...it was at night around 7pm! Weird... How does this place stay in business? Sincerely; Deanna Duncan Steve Duncan, my husband who is terminally ill (lung cancer too), did not write this....I, Deanna Duncan, HIS WIFE, DID. This is the most unorganized sorriest doctors office Ive ever experienced. But dont worry; it wont happen again. :)

I paid in cash for a young mans co-pay in advance to help him out. Well he never showed up and when I returned next day to get my money back, the receptionist said they dont keep cash and that Dr. Miriam M. Fernz is the only one that can write a check. I have called about 10 times and have gone in person to see if I could get it . When I call, they hang up on me. I finally spoke with the manager, and she said that Dr. Fernz is hardly ever there and that when she does show up; it is for about 2 minutes and then she leaves. I found out that Dr. Fernz is the owner and you pretty much have to wait on her to do anything because she can do whatever and when ever she feels like it. I even wrote her a letter for them to give to her. It has now been 3 weeks and still no check from Dr. Fernz. This is the most unprofessionally run business I have ever encountered. I have never been treated this way. I think I will have to take Dr. Fernz to small claims court to ever get my money back.

Dr. Miriam Fernz over book her appointments. Leaving patients sitting three to four hours. After getting in exam room you still has to wait. When doctor finally comes into room, it seen like she cant wait to get out. You are unable to talk to her about more than one problem. When you go in for your appointment they inform you that you wont be seen cause they have a cut off. How is that when your are there on time. Other patients are there hours before their time and get seen,. My time is just a vauleable as the doctors. When you make an appointment you should be seen within that hour. The waiting room is small to have at lease twenty people waiting at one time. Bathroom never have any toliet paper, paper towel, and soap. Dr. Fernz needs to cean up her act. Her patients talks bad about her all the time. Lets make some changes.

Dr. Fernz was incredibly professional she helped me through my issues like she actually cared. I see these other comments are about money probably discruntled people that think medical care should be free... well when you handle the full responsibility of daily operations and your primary objective is to be doctor and Noone has said a thing about her unbelievable knowledge of medicine and how to get the right medical advice Id like to say she should have a 5 out of 5 even if a few people are mad that insurance check take a million years to get back its not her fault. Great experience great doctors!

Dr. Fern is a JOKE....... Should have her license REVOKED. How she got where she is, doing patients the way she do , and doing other little dirty things she do is beyond me. I know some people that went to her and she mis-diagnois him and now dealing with some things , that she didnt see and check. How can you give people meds for something without examining your patients or touching them or anything........

Its like talking to a child.. Not take serious.. How can you give a patient medicine without even examining them. I could pretty much walk in there and get any medicine I ask for.. What a joke.
