This Doctor was charged with stealing his patients medications and was placed on probation but I continued to see him to give him the benefit of the doubt. However, He has consistently requested that I come in on a "regular" basis to get my blood pressure medication although my blood pressure is only mildly elevated.Almost all legitimate doctors will write a prescription for blood pressure medications for 6 months ynless you have uncontrolled blood pressure. However, this doctor attempts to squeeze all the money he can out of you since his practice began to go down hill after his legal problems with the medical board and has refused to write me a months supply of blood pressure medication since it has been going on 4 months since He last saw me. He has lost my business and my respect as a doctor, who is supposed to take an oath to help patients. This doctor could care less if I drop dead from a heart attack or stroke... as long as He gets his money.

I have seen good doctors and OK doctors. He is OK as far medical knowledge goes. He is worse etiquette and attitude wise. I have never felt he is genuinely interested in your affliction. At times, hes abrupt, trying to rush you out of the office. Makes you feel like youre taking time away from him by being there - precious time which he could be spending making money instead of listening to you. Also, he has a propensity to order tests which may not be necessary. And yes, he will never call you when the results of the test come. His interest in you stopped once you agreed to take the test as you are but a $$ sign. I would not recommend him unless you have no choice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Parikh for over 10 years. His conscientious staff take pains to insure that I am seen promptly and treated courteously. Dr. Parikh is not only knowledgeable he is painstakingly honest. His brand of “medicine” is his thoughtful approach to the practice of medicine: an approach that encompasses the whole person and not just his/her ailment or disease. I am a lifelong patient and under his care I am assured that the quality of my life has improved immeasurably because he took me on as a patient.

Dr. Parikh has been my primary care physician for nearly twenty years. Over time, he has held my hand and guided me through several serious health concerns. Without his knowledge, guidance, and unwavering attention to every detail concerning my health, I dont think I would be here today. Dr. Parikh has shown me kindness, compassion, and caring far beyond what one would expect from a busy physician in this day and age. Without the slightest reservation, I do so highly recommend Dr. Parikh!

I have been a patient of Dr. Parikh for about 14 years. I have never received anything less than superb care from both this staff and him. When tests are ordered, I hear the next business days as to the results with a full explanation if needed. I always feel a part of and well informed as to my medical decisions.

His office should have a sign outside which says "Show me the money". Because that what hes all about. The only positive that I could think of is : his office doesnt have a long wait, not many patients. Hmmm...wonder why would that be...
