Very disappointed and worst experience with these guys. consulted for my 8yr old daughter for cold soar with Dr.Aaron Wever. He was rushing through the appointment as if he is running for another surgery. He is inexperienced and not telling the root cause of the issue which we are struggling for 6months. the prescription he wrote is a steroid which is same as pediatrician has given already. When i call for follow up appointment front desk people are advising as if they are doctors. clearly seeing medical negligence. thinking of suing this people.Please stay away from this practice. try somebody else.

Met with Ms.Russo at Carolina Dermatology in Charlotte on July 2nd, 2013 for a hair transplant consult. The consult quickly turned into a hard core sales pitch for their stand alone PRP/ACELL procedure priced at $2,500. I was excited about the pictures and the theory behind the procedure . Started to do some research at home and found very little data or information so I emailed Dr.Jerry Cooley and Ms.Russo with a long list of questions which I am still waiting for a reply. Left them a message and no one called back. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and will never go back.
