After waiting weeks for an appointment the day comes I miss work to go for them only tell me the DOCTOR IS NOT THERE. Not only is he not there today (because they share this office), he wont be there ever because ONLY HIS NURSE PRACTITIONER GOES TO THIS LOCATION, hes on Bird Road. If you have multiple offices wouldnt it be intelligent to specify and confirm office location with your new patients that dont know this information when they SPECIFICALLY CALL YOUR HOMESTEAD LOACTION FOR AN APPOINTMENT? I WILL NOT ATTEMPT TO RESCHEDULE WILL GO ELSEWHERE.

Worse costumer service in my entire life. Receptionist would either keep me on hold indefinitely or hang up on me for no apparent reason. I finally made an appointment (had to wait three weeks) only to find out on the same day of my appointment that the office was closed for the holidays. No call or nothing. Missed work for no reason. Skin condition got progressively worse during that time. This is literally the first negative review Ive ever left. Stay away.
