I do not understand the other reviews. Dr. Mikel and his staff could not have been any more cordial and professional. I was impressed with the way I discussed my situation/needs and he expertly provided what I needed in a timely manner at a fair price. Upon leaving his office I saw a plaque from the SC Dermatology Association on which he was named Dermatologist of the year! FIVE STARS IN MY BOOK (an I am a tough customer).

Hands down, the rudest doctor I have ever encountered. Very disrespectful and not helpful. He is the only dermatologist you can make a quick appointment with and now I can see why.

Awful place. Receptionists are rude and disrespectful with no concern for patients. Exam room staff are indifferent. Expect to have a long wait beyond your appointment time.
