The front desk staff are very unfriendly and do not seem to want your business at all. I was told by my insurance company that I shouldnt have to pay anything, yet they argue that I do and say they are on the phone with my insurance company for over 20 minutes trying to figure it out. When I ask a lady at the front desk if I can be seen without paying the copay since my insurance said I do not have one, she says no and I ask why. She says its company policy and then turns her head to talk to someone behind her while Im still at the desk. I definitely do not recommend this place if you want a doctors office that values their patients.

Lifelong experience with Dr. Fraser of the highest possible care quality and his nurse Tracy also. Expertise, technical skill and up to date knowledge matched by total compassion, great communication and treating you as a person and not a number to be rushed through make this team the very best. Cannot ask for more anywhere! PPSD are so lucky to have them on board. My husband and I would follow Dr. Fraser as patients anywhere. They deserve 20 gold stars, . My highest rating. After taking a friend of mine to see Dr. Snyder and see how he cares for his patients, the time he dedicates to make sure they understand their diagnosis, I made a decision to change my dermatologist and come to see Dr Snyder myself. He has a great team throughout the office. Janice is fabulous, provided me with samples so I do not delay my treatment until my prescription is ready. I am grateful that I can also be refferred within the practice for cosmetic purposes.

I like the idea that this office has Spanish speaking staff. I know enough English to get by but when it comes to my health I like to have things explained in Spanish. The nurse was very pleasant and she explained to me the things that made my condition worse. I like how the doctor did not mind giving me the Sam,e medications he had given me a year ago since they did help. They are a great staff and would recommend them to my family and friends.

I was referred to Dr. Snyder for a cyst on my back. I really liked Janice, she was very nice and sweet. As for Dr. Snyder he did not waste no time he looked at my back told me it was a cyst and recommended I have the cyst removed before it became inflamed and infected. I also love the fact that the plastic surgeon that a friend has recommend to me is part of this practice. I will be sure to recommend my friends and family to Dr. Snyder.

Its been about 10 years since I seen Dr. Snyder. At first I was thinking I was going to see a different Dr. Snyder since when I first meet him his group had a different name and was at a different location. To my surprise it was the same Dr. Snyder I knew years ago. His assistant was pleasant. He assured me that what I came in for was nothing bad and a little freezing would take care of it. Great doctor and friendly staff!

I am very please with all the process. My native language is Spanish, and I love the fact that I was able to make my appointment, and check in in my language. I even got more comfortable when the nurse spoke Spanish. I speak English but the medical terms are hard. I was very please with the Doctor, he was able to understand my situation and I feel he is giving me the best advised to help me. Glad I found this office.

I am a new patient to Dr. Snyder. I was very pleased with his bedside manner and the fact that he was very willing to removal several moles that I questioned due to the fact that I had a melanoma in the past. Providers in the past were hesitant to remove moles that I questioned because they were too small, they did not see anything but Dr Snyder took my concerns seriously and removed them.

I came in for eczema follow up appointment. I was 10 minutes late and was still able to be seen. Doctor Snyder was very patient and understanding with me and recommended several options for treatment and let me choose which one I was more comfortable with. He informed me of everything I needed to know with each treatment since I do have other health history. Thank you for your service!

I was very pleased with Dr. Frasers attention to detail with my condition. He reviewed every option with me thoroughly to where I had no doubts on which I was more comfortable doing. I chose an in-house treatment, to which was prepared and administered promptly. I was very happy I did not have to make a separate appointment for the treatment and was given a timely follow up.

Every time I come in my brain tends to get fried but he always knows what I am talking about. I left todays visit very happy knowing Dr. Snyder is confident in my progress.
