Got a letter in the mail that I have a past due bill that has been sent to collections. Ive never heard of this place, I dont live in Ohio, have never been here or done business with them, and had googled the business thinking this was a scam since the letter they sent me seems shady, and is from a vague "Billing Administration." No one answers when I call, and from the google reviews already posted, this sounds like a dermatology clinic to avoid.

Had an appointment, but got called into work. They charged me for missing the appointment. I refused to pay. They actually sent me to collections over it. $52.50 is what paid to keep this crap off my credit. Obviously they care more about their patients than money right?
