My experience at Keith Clinic Estramonte Chiropractic has been life-changing. This past October (2014) I was in my first ever collision accident, I was driving and rear ended while stopped at a stop sign. At first I didnt feel pain, just some soreness in my back, but after some time pain and discomfort began to settle in my neck and on my right side. I was really discouraged, because this was the first time I had ever been injured in my life, besides a sprained finger in my childhood. I am a very healthy and fit person and wasnt happy about having to go through this injury. After deciding to go through treatment with Dr. Chad - I felt immediately hopeful. He has, from the beginning, encouraged me that by following all of his advice and along with his care, that Id be feeling back to myself. I had to work hard on living out the advice that Dr. Chad had given me (drinking more water, fixing my posture, stretching, using Aleve, staying active...). There were days were I felt great, and then there were days when I didnt feel so great and wondered if my neck would ever go back to normal. I also experienced headaches that seemed to never go away. The headaches disrupted my day, while the discomfort in my neck made it hard to sleep. Its hard to believe but now, a few months after starting treatment, I am finally feeling better. I have finished my treatment plan, and although there are still times when I dont feel back to normal, I am trusting that the work Dr. Chad has done with me and the new lifestyle of health that Ive embraced and taking care of my posture and my back/neck, will continue to help me on this road to recovery. It is encouraging to know that I can go back to Dr. Chad at anytime. I am also thankful for his helpful and kind staff...by the time I went back for my third visit, the staff was already greeting me by my first name. I have always felt welcomed there...The Keith Clinic made their office so welcoming during the holidays, playing Christmas music and putting up a tree. I appreciate the holistic approach that chiropractic care plans offer and I can truly say that, these days -- it is often rare that you can feel so cared for in a doctors office. I thank this clinic for restoring my faith in doctors and I strongly recommend Keith Clinic Estramonte Chiropractic to those suffering from any kind of injury in need of rehabilitation.

Im a repeat customer. I returned for what I thought would be a routine session as I have a stiff neck from sleeping on it wrong. All in all, my neck feels NO better, I paid DOUBLE my normal charge and I feel like the entire situation was very disorganized and/or shady. While I did not have an issue with the Doctor. When i went to pay, it was double my normal bill. I asked why and they hesitated to give me a solid answer but I needed to get back to work so I just asked for my receipt expecting to review it later. It was hand written a little "cash receipt" that only had the date and total. They also forgot to give me my drivers license back. When I returned to pick up my DL hours later, I asked again why I had been charged double and they sat me in a room waiting for an explanation. A nurse I had never seen before came in with a sticky note with handwritten pricing on it explaining to me that I actually received a 30% discount. When I explained that todays session was no different than any previous session, she said the other doctor must have been giving me "comped or free" services. Im far from cheap and I rarely complain about cost but the whole thing seemed shady. Why couldnt I get an Itemized printed receipt the first time I left? I know all the info is in their computer as they had to pull it to explain to me the charges. Why did she bring it in on a sticky note? why didnt anyone tell me there would be a cost difference before the session began? It was far better when Dr. Chad was still practicing. At least then I never even questioned cost as it was always explained beforehand and the results were always up to par. A year ago I wouldve recommended this place to all my friends. Sadly, After today I wont be returning there and wouldnt recommend anybody else does either. Here is a photo of the receipt I was given at the register. Would you go to this Chiropractor? Wheres the professional paperwork? Im sure they give these same receipts to insurance companies as well right?

I was being treated for my neck and back due to a car accident and when I was being treated all they did for me if you put electricity on one neck and put a warm pad on my shoulders all he did was repeat the cycle for the last past 3 weeks and I was going 3 times a day the people there was very nice very polite but they practice there was sucks they could have had did more for me when I requested something extra for me that I feel comfortable with they told me my accident insurance only cover just to let electricity a heating pad only I think they should have had gave me the full service that I deserve because Im paying a lot of money to these people through my insurance claim now just for the electricity and the heating pad treatment they charge me almost $1,700 I think that is a rip off I would not recommend this place because they could have had did more for me but now I am stuck with this large bill. electricity stimulator I could have paid for an Amazon for about a hundred bucks and a heating pad that cost 70 to 100 bucks that is just my opinion..... I hope they would treat the next customer way better than they did me far as treatment but they personality they was excellent. PS if you are going to the chiropractor for a accident case dont expect a lot of treatment from them because they would tell you thats all your accident case covers if you could get more treatment than what I specified you are a lucky client.

My experience at Keith Clinic Estramonte Chiropractic - Sugar Creek was a terrific one. Before visiting the clinic, I had very limited knowledge of what chiropractic actually entailed (I thought Chiropractic was only for automobile injuries). After my visit, I learned Chiropractic actually encompasses nutritional advice, wellness, therapeutic massage, treatment for headaches, back pain, neck pain, and more. Dr. Chad Robertson and Dr. Emil Lara are incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated Chiropractic professionals. They made my visit to the clinic a warm and a welcoming experience. I recommend Keith Clinic Estramonte Chiropractic to anyone suffering from pain in the Charlotte NC area.

Every time I step into the Sugar Creek Clinic, I immediately feel at ease. The warm, inviting atmosphere is the perfect setting for achieving my Chiropractic needs. Dr. Robertson and Dr. Lara, as well as all the staff, are very friendly and accommodating. They are very knowledgeable and know how to make sore muscles, back and neck pain feel better almost immediately.
