I took my precious Chinese Crested Powderpuff to be neutered at Spay Neuter Charlotte a few days ago. From the minute we were greeted by the friendly staff, until the moment we left at the end of the day, everything was perfect. The facility was clean with no nasty pet smells, and the staff was friendly and professional. Chotzies surgery went very well, and his recovery time was exceptionally fast and without issues! I appreciated the fact that I was able to get additional services, such as rabies and distemper vaccinations, as well as microchipping, all done at the same time--not only a time-saver, but a money savings option, too! The staff members were obviously concerned about providing good care to little Chotzie, and were wonderful to my granddaughter and me, as well. We were treated with wonderful respect and concern. I was especially impressed by the fact that I called on a Monday to set up our appointment, and was given a date to come in on Wednesday of the same week! After the surgery, I sent an email with a few questions that I had, and within two hours had received a response--an almost unheard of turnaround time on both counts! I fully intend to recommend this facility to anyone I know that is in need of spay/neuter services. Kudos for bringing a much needed low-cost spay/neuter option to our community. With the level of service and attention to detail that Spay Neuter Charlotte provides, it is sure to be a HUGE success!

The people at Charlotte spay & neuter are actually there for the animals, because they care, because they want animals to be healthy and happy. They are not there just for the money (like some vets) I am so incredibly thankful for the staff at the Davidson office. I had 5 female cats show up (essentially) on my doorstep. With the shelters at overcapacity and animal control the only option, Charlotte spay & neuter saved the lives of Salem, Tortie, Darning, Minute, and Hooligan. I was able to get quality care for the girls (spays and shots) after surgery medication, for an affordable price. All the vets in my area (Stanly county, Colonial/Locust/West Stanly) all wanted two and three times what Charlotte spay & nueter charged me. anytime I had a question or concern the staff did everything they could to help me without requiring me to drive in to Charlotte for another appointment. Their office is clean, organized, and easy to check in and out of. The staff is of the highest caliber, absolutely stellar individuals who genuinely care about the health and happiness of your animal. The doctors are efficient, gracious, and so knowledgeable that your mind is completely at ease when leaving your pet. I have never before had the privilege of such wonderful service at a vets office. I urge everyone searching for an affordable quality vet to seriously consider Charlotte spay & neuter, even from outside the Charlotte area it is 110% worth the drive.

I took my Boston on July 31st 2014 to get fixed. My husband and I have had nothing but trouble out of my babys incision. I told my husband it didnt look right to start with and he said oh itll be fine... We took every precaution and then some from what the clinic told us to do. Her incision has now opened up and let me add she has had no way of licking or scratching it at all. I picked he up thank god to clip her nails and thats the time I noticed it being open, the hole was the size of a dime.So we took her to her vet and he couldnt believe what a mess was made out of her tummy. So after paying hundreds to have her fixed she is doing ok now. I dont know who done my Boston but they DO NOT need to be in practice. On the other hand my standard poodle was done great. Just be cautious please and I hope that everyone that was there that day all their babies were a success. Oh one more thing not sure what is going on now but she has started her period as of yesterday. So what does that tell you. We are hoping that we dont have to pay to have the surgery done all over again. I thought once they were fixed that was it!!!!! BEWARE future doggie and kitty lovers.

This place is amazing! The level of care they provide is unsurpassed. I have two full-service vets who see my dog in addition to this team, and even though one would think their primary focus is the spay/neuter service we truly get the best treatment here. When they spayed my husky after I adopted her they found that some of her organs had adhered to one another due to a trauma previously in her life. They contacted me immediately to let me know the surgery would be more involved than planned, but they took care of her at no additional cost. They were even in touch all weekend and over-night to make sure everything was going well. Now its been over a year later and they do her vaccinations and other wellness testing--all while providing the same level of care. Im truly impressed and thankful for these guys and gals.

The initial surgery experience (checking in & dropping off) didnt go too bad. When I picked up my pooch she was in obvious discomfort. She continued to yelp & cry all the way home even though she was supposedly given pain medication. By the third day after surgery there was increased swelling in the abdomen. I contacted the clinic through all recommended methods (they give you an email that goes to "dr. on call") and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally having to call my private vet to try to get answers about a procedure they didnt even perform! My overall thoughts are that animals are forced out the door MUCH too soon after surgery and there is NO aftercare support!!! I am sorry I trusted this clinic just to try to get "low cost" services! You get what you pay for apparently...

I took Ferris in to the Pineville SNC clinic this morning for his neuter procedure and was so happy with the whole thing! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The check-in was done as a group with everyone else who was bringing in pets...maybe 20-25 pet owners. They had a "welcome!" sign in the lobby with the names of all the pets they expected today. They briefed us all on what would happen during the procedure and what to expect at pickup time. They were just as pleasant in the afternoon and went over care instructions with everyone before releasing all the pup and kitties in a very orderly fashion. All the pets came out in various stages of drowsiness but in excellent shape, and the doctors are on call 24/7 in case of any emergency. What an unexpectedly wonderful experience!

Im so impressed with this place and grateful. I needed to spay a neighborhood stray and couldnt pay a vet. The vet assistant at my vet said this is where she took her cat! (So she cant afford the vet she works for.) Spay Neuter of Charlotte was wonderful. Affordable! They didnt keep me waiting long for an appt. They had a doctor look at my stray before I left her to make sure she was healthy enough to proceed (after I indicated on paperwork that shed been on antibiotics recently). They explained things well. Provided pain meds for my foster kitty. She came out fine and recovered quickly and her incision is almost invisible. Shes doing great. They help so many people. It was crowded. But they do a great job and are kind and caring. Thanks!
