I bought two pair of glasses at Sears optical since they had a 2for1 sale. The problem is that I was holding one of the pairs when the arm broke off about 2 weeks after I had them. I took them back to the store. I thought they would replace them like many other optical departments do. However, to my dismay, they said that it would cost me an additional fee and a warranty fee to have them replaced. I decided against this. I felt like I was being milked and refused to comply. Maybe this is why they are slowly going out of business. Unethical business practices will do that.

The five stars is for BRENDA. If you are going to get glasses here, work with her. She is up on the latest (The last glasses I got the transitions peeled. She told me she had read that there were issues and switched me to a different material). I dont need a lot to choose from and felt there were plenty of styles to choose from. With insurance, better pricing than Costco because they didnt take our insurance. If you go, see BRENDA. Great customer service.
