Save yourself some time....look up your condition then set an appointment somewhere else. My first experience there was a couple years ago for back injuries due to being side swiped hard enough to spin 2 1/2 times. Lower back pops in 3 places pinching every time I rotate and my neck locks up constantly. I can barely stand straight after sitting. All very painful. For that one they wanted me to take anti depressants and were not very pleasant towards the fact that I wanted neither pain or brain pills. Issue was more about getting me to pop pills rather than fix my back. Back is the same if not worse. Second go round...fell about 7 feet with arm extended. I still have limited movement in my shoulder from this. For that appointment I was told what was going on was HEREDITARY. He didnt even come in with my chart or xrays because he was so sure of himself he stated. Constant pain all day with every movement of my arm still. Thanks mom! This time is a severe finger dislocation that damaged the extensor tendon. Did the 8 week splint thing...finger curls to my palm and will not straighten....but hey.. thats all good too. Have fun.

The Reception Staff is not knowledgable about release forms or where to get them. My Husband and I went to this Medical Facility for the first time 2 weeks ago. We asked to get release forms put in our files so that the Doctor can talk to me about my Husband health issues and vis versa (Hippa Law). The receptionist sent us to Medical records, Medical records sent us to reception , reception sent us back to medical records. All we wanted was to have the signed releases included into our files. After seeing the Doctor, we were sent to have blood drawn , well this took sometime. I waited over 30 minutes and my Husband waited longer. This is much too long of a wait. We felt like Cattle being herded through. The Doctor informed me that if I needed specialty care for my Arthritis, I should keep seeing my Doctor in Montana ( 730 Miles away ) . After 2 weeks I had to call about our Lab results, the Doctor nor his staff contacted us . I asked to have the information mailed to me. The nurse said that she had to ask if that was okay to do that. REALLY. What a Joke !!!!!! I will not be returning to this Medical Faucility .

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND JUST DRIVE TO DICKINSON. Overbilled, overcharged, coded wrong, insurance company had to fix it, took 8 months to get it resolved, and still waiting another 3 months for my refund!!! Told me to just make a minimum payment to not be sent to collections, paid $200 & still got sent to collections. We have BCBS insurance and they screwed it all up. No one answers the phone, no one returns your calls, you will go crazy. Messed up our initial appointment and made us make a second appointment, drive an hour each way to the new appointment to pay another co-pay and draw labs instead of doing the same day. No one gives you directions as to where to go in the building, walked around aimlessly looking for where to go for labs and none of the nurses would show us where to go. Of course there were some very nice employees, but the overall experience, particularly with billing, was a nightmare! ZERO stars.

Absolutely horrible. Cant ever get in touch with billing without leaving a message and waiting for a call back two days later. I have insurance but the cost of the visit was not sent to insurance for some reason, so I had to pay it all out of pocket to avoid being sent to collections. THEN they billed my insurance so they have been paid twice for the same service and Ive been waiting for a refund check for what I paid out of pocket. During that time they "accidentally" billed me AGAIN for the same service. Ive been waiting for six months on the refund. I call every two-four weeks to check on the status of my refund and there is always a new excuse. Stay away!!

Never had a problem here. Weve been using them for over a year for our primary family care. We had a son that had to have emergency surgery. They had him in the operating room within an hour and a half. Problem fixed. I would say the only problem with them is the billing department. Vary vague on description of service, but when you call to ask they just repeat that there not medical professionals? So you have to just pay to keep it off collections.

Service is good but the billing department is a joke as they can never get the right codes put in for some reason and you cant contact them so it goes to collections as Im not paying for the wrong services or those that insurance should cover!

Absolutely terrible the reception people are rude and when weve scheduled an appointment with my Dr. they have messed it up. If you have any other option take it. My Dr is great the office staff/clinic terrible.
