I see 3 specialists at this group, all of whom are very knowledgeable, I always feel like I am truly being cared for. Dr Stade for example literally saved my life, and 2 years later remembered my name when seeing me in an ER. Shes great at explaining what is happening and why, and actually answers the patients questions, which shows that she is truly paying attention to the patient. This truly makes a huge difference at putting one at ease before and after a procedure. Shes the best surgeon I have ever had (out of 14 in NE and TX). My only complaint is that a few of nursing staff seem to forget that they CHOSE a career in Patient Care, and that means actually taking care of the PATIENTS. They seem to be there for the paycheck only, and can get very rude and forget that the patient is probably overwhelmed and scared about the situation, especially if they dont understand the language or process.

Tried to call the clinic to speak with nurse and was put on hold forever...finally was told to leave a message. Have not received a call back yet.

Had 3 tests done and they never called me back with results. I had to call them and then all they will tell me is I need more tests???
