I went just last week as a new patient, arrived 15 minutes early, had all my papers printed and signed ahead of time and I still waited at least 30 minutes after my appointment time to be called to the back. 100% WORTH IT! After 10 plus years with the same doctor I needed a change. Someone to listen and not quickly evaluate me and send me on my way. Now I know why I waited 30 minutes. Dr. Joukovski talked to me, she asked multiple follow-up questions, and honestly just listened to me and what I was going through. While I might not always wait that long to be seen, I know that behind the door shes taking the same quality time with someone else, thats shes taken with me.
