The ABSOLUTE WORST practice you could visit. The receptionist at the Naperville office is super RUDE and HUNG UP on me in the middle of talking when I was trying to explain to her that the other office kept sending me to the answering service and I need to reschedule my appointment. Not only that but previously I had ASKED SEVERAL TIMES for them to upload my test results on the patient website they insist you use and they NEVER DID. And on top of it apparently my test came back abnormally low and NO ONE CALLED TO TELL ME!!! It wasnt until I called for the third time to ask them to upload them that someone said I needed to come in and be seen URGENTLY because of them. I finally had to call the lab directly to send me a copy in order to get my results. Further more the times I saw the doctor not only did I wait forever but then she never actually addressed any of the concerns or questions I had just kept referring to me to see other people and that wed talk at a follow up.

Dr. Marwaha is a great doctor. His staff leaves something to be desired. I have been trying to get blood test results to no avail. I was instructed to send a text requesting the results which I did twice. I called and the receptionist said she could read them to me, but when I asked what the first one she read was she said that she did not know, but Dr. Marwaha was right there and she would ask. She put me on hold and told me she would right back and that was days ago. Most Doctors call their patients with results. Not there. Very disappointed in the service.

Although its gotten better over the years, the lack of communication and urgency between staff in this office is abhorrent. Dr. Marwaha is a nice and knowledgeable man but the staff of nurses that work in this office are some of the most incompetent Ive come across. If you need a health issue taken care of promptly, go elsewhere.

Naperville Internist has a very good and efficient check in and out process. The doctors and staff really strive to make you as comfortable as possible during your visit. I would of course recommend them to my friends or family anytime.
