For 17 years, we used to travel 45 minutes from Bainbridge Township to our dentist in Strongsville because of the care that we received there. Then, in 2009, we met Dr. Russ Caputo. While his Aurora location was desirable, we were not willing to change our expectations for the level of service that we have experienced. Dr. Caputo and his staff are incredible. The level of service far exceeds our expectations. Personal, friendly, and efficient are just a few of the words that would describe our care. You better add comfort to the list as well. No matter what the procedure, we have always felt comfortable in the care of any staff member of Aurora Dental Associates. You will too. Jim & Joan

At my age, one would think I would not hate going to the dentist for ANY reason, but up till now I always have. Not any longer -- not only are you made to feel like family and like you are really cared about, but the entire staff is incredible. From the moment you walk in, you feel the friendliness. And the entire group of professionals are so darn good at their jobs that it is truly the first time I have ever NOT hated going to the dentist. Thanks for being there for me!

I always have had a great experience at Aurora Dental. They have the most upbeat staff and are very courteous. They keep my kids occupied too when I have to bring them with me sometimes by asking them questions and explaining equipment to them! The dental assistants are super gentle with my cleanings too which is not the case at other offices. Their facility is clean and pretty quiet too.

After them rescheduling and me confirming the appt 2X, I waited 35 min and a guy came in after me who had an appt a week later whom they took and then finally came to get me as I was walking out. Book what you can handle, over booking helps no one. We schedule appts for a reason. Anyone know a good dentist in the Aurora area? Sad because I liked the dentist the first time there...

Aurora Dental is wonderful. I never sit in the waiting room for more than a moment. My cleanings are always thorough and Dr. Caputo takes his time with me. They also do a good job of reminding me of my appointments and getting me in for check ups. If you are looking for a dentist in the Aurora, Bainbridge, or Streetsboro area I highly recommend Aurora Dental.

Ive just started to go to Aurora Dental. Ive only been there twice but I know this is going to be a long relationship. The staff is friendly and efficient. This is the only time I have unclenched my fists while my teeth were being cleaned. The doctor takes his time. Everything is carefully explained before its being done.

Staff is both highly qualified and courteous. Always get me in on time. They issue timely reminders of my appointments. They have appointments that meet my needs and are very flexible if I have to change an appointment. Dr. Caputo is an excellent dentist, he is thorough and technically proficient.

I like the office, the people and the treatments. However, its IMPOSSIBLE to change an appointment. I just called to reschedule an April appointment and the first available was mid-July. The best treatment is meaningless if you cant get in the chair. Perhaps they have outgrown the space.
