I cant say enough about how pleased I have been when visiting Dr. Alis practice. From my first contact her staff is always very pleasant and professional. Dr. Ali is always very thorough in her evaluation and makes sure I understand everything that is being done. Whenever I have questions, she is patient and detailed in her answers making sure I understand everything. I have never felt rushed as I have in other practices. The quality and service provided by Dr. Alis practice far exceeded my expectations. I am happy to refer all of my family and friends to Dr. Hayat Ali and most have started to go to her for all their dental needs.

I had a wisdom tooth pulled this time last year. When ali went to pull my tooth out i believe she didnt get it all, she was rough and manhandled the situation the whole time. Point of the story is agter a year the same place where i had the tooth is now hurting and my face is swellimg jaw cam barely open . Always been with an head and ear ache. Then i went again earlier this year for a cavity, she numbed the wrong sound and ended up filling both in one sitting, after two weeks my teeth hurts when i eat , i believe she didnt take the nerve out.

The place was dirty it doesnt look like they clean between appointments there was hair on the floor and the light contraption attached to the chair was dusty. When I go into an office I expect to see professionalism not people wearing backless shoes with no socks showing off their crusty feet, hygienists with hair all over the back of their scrubs, assistants hanging out in the hallway and door ways talking. Dont bother making a plan the dentist is just gonna tell you what to do. Never again.

This place is a mess. They are very unprofessional in the sense that they talk about other staff in a negative way while the patient is sitting in the chair. They talk about their personal life as if the patient isnt sitting in the chair. I dont recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be part of a Jerry Springer episode. Not to mention how dirty this place is, it doesnt look like the clean or sanitize anything. She also has people put fake reviews in.

Dr.Hayat and her staff are amazing! My husband is preparing for implants and needed a bone graft, needless to say he was a nervous wreck. Dr. And her entire staff made the procedure as painless,quick and efficient as possible. We both left there very satisfied and can not wait to move on to the final stage with Dr.Hayat and her staff. Also her work is very affordable and Destiny her front desk assistant was so helpful with the payment options.

Went in to have my tooth pulled and to get a filling worst experience of my life he half ass did my filling when was trying to get my tooth out he almost broke my jaw I was not sent home with any care information and when I was leaving I was about to make another appointment he said no need for one Ill see you back in 6 months I got my tooth pulled almost a month ago and Ive been to the ED twice and Im still in pain I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE

Rest assured that she treats all her patients whether from the States, Mexico, or the Philippines and beyond with the utmost compassion combined with excellence of care. By far the best dental care I have ever been to. Was able to see me right away even without an appointment. Completely gentle while working in my mouth while explaining everything that she was doing. From weeks of awful tooth pain to moments of fixing my up with a root canal. Completely worth it and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Before I never liked going to the dentist. When I had to go because of pain. Doctor hayat helped me. Along with the staff, they are all very nice. Can I add it wasnt a long wait at all. And its kid friendly! They accept walk ins, If youre not sure which dentist you should go pick hayat! you wont regret it. You will be smiling in no time!

Cheapest prices. But the worst practice. Its a good place if you are a crack head or on welfare. But if you care about your teeth, go to a professional. The doctor treats 20 patient at the same time. Go get your teeth done right the first time at a different dental office.

Fair prices for treatment needed half the cost at most dental offices. If you are in pain you can be seen and treated right away. Cleveland office is brand new and very child friendly. Staff is caring and compassionate.

Brand new modern facility. I really love the wall art! Staff are all amazing . I walked in without an appointment and was seen in 15 minutes! The dentists are great with kids too! Highly recommend Hayat dental centers.

Very bad, how is she a dentist?? I think all these good reviews are fake, she is nothing like what those comments says. Place is dirty, tools are dirty, staffs are rude and smell like cigars, very very unprofessional.

After 3 dentist opinions elsewhere, I came here and found out I needed nothing the other "businesses" said I needed ,VERY PROFESSIONAL,didnt feel the needle for numbing at all.Over all A PLUS will be back.
