WOW!!!! Ok seriously, for the negative reviews in here.. yall need to get checked. The entire staff and doctor was wonderful!!! I had to have some wisdom teeth (and an extra tooth i had) removed. The top right wisdom was causing me extereme amounts of pain. I visited my doctor, and she gave me a referral to an oral surgeon. I called around to almost all oral surgeons I could find. Most of them wanted to see me for a inital visit, then schedule out for the extraction. Who wants to wait over a month when the tooth is in agonizing pain!!!! Then, respectfully the doctors said I have to pay the day of the procedure in full, but nobody could even give me a ballpark figure. (Am I looking at $100-200 or $300-400...something?!?! After talking to about a dozen different places i figured i would be looking at 250..easy) Then I stumbled across Aspen. The reviews werent so good, but They could get me in the quickest (by two weeks), and because I already had my referral, extract the tooth same day. I just wanted this stupid tooth GONE!! I called to schedule the appointment, I gave the lady my information. She said by the end of the day she would be calling me with a price quote. She called me and told me it would be 157. This couldnt be, why was everyone else so expensive? Why all these bad reviews? I was nervous as could be walking into that dental office..what am I getting my self into? OH MMM GEEEE this office rocked!!! The staff was friendly, caring, just amazing. I got in did my xray, doctor saw a major issue with one of my other wisom teeth, and said it had to go if not then within a few weeks..like ASAP. I asked the cost difference at it was only $60 for a whole other tooth in a different quad of the mouth. I was shaking i was so nervous (i decided to get just local anesthetic instead of being put under). He walked into the room and said are you ready?!? I started shaking, he opened my mouth and was doing something. He asked if that hurt? I said no..THATS 1. (wait what? you pulled it..) He was in my mouth less than a minute. He shook my hand, Assitant gave me Gauze, I paid and was on my way. All in all 5 star expereince. THANK YOU DR KRAJEKIAN...YOU LEFT AN AMAZING IMPRESSION ON ME. THANK YOU TO THE STAFF!!!! If you made it this far in the review... I PROMISE YOU... DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE BABOONS!!!! One last thing before I sign off here... Think back to your favorite dining expereince what made it so good? was it the service? the food? the atmosphere? Having trouble? Okay... Think back to a time that you had a HORRIBLE dining experience? What went wrong? I hope I didnt make you upset by you reliving the dining expereince that upset you? But I bet you thought of the horrible one quicker? Thats because bad service sticks with us more than good service. You may have been the only person in that restaurant that day to have a bad experince. So it doesnt necesarily mean its a bad place you just interpretated it differnetly than others. People love to tell the world when they are upset, but actually keep quiet when they are happy. Trust the staff... and the Doctors... youll be in great hands!

The girl at the front desk is a gem. I actually had hope that I would leave that appt. with what I came to accomplish...which was a repair and a possible reline. The second person I encountered was a nurse I believe and she was all about the business at hand and she was cool. The doctor was truly a beautiful person, kind , caring and obviously very skilled, he reminded me of my own personal physician who is from India , soft yet strong...intelligent yet childlike , I love those people , at least all that I have met so far. But alas they couldnt do for me what my old jewish dentist (and his lab man had been doing for me for 16+ years). something that had been done time and time again to my satisfaction, a repair and a possible reline. My dentist died 2 yrs ago. I was then shuffeled off to a financial guy who tried to tell me that the $315 plate as advertised was $500 . If I wanted anything that looked halfway natual it would be $1500. I left discusted having wasted almost 2 hrs of my time and with only the thought that there is no more truth in advertising and a recurring thought..."you cant always get what you want". As I started my truck a song came on the radio. It was that damned MICK singing the very lyrics that had been going through my head. How does he do that , anyway!!! I smiled and went on with my day.

Before my initial free exam with Aspen Dental my stress level was very high due to the fact of a visit to a previous dentist and the results which would cost me an outrageous amount of money...no credit card accepted or payment plan. Aspen Dental reduced my stress level to 0! I was so pleased with not only the Dentist but the entire staff. Very honest and caring ... he took the time to explain what needed to be done and more importantly my options which the other dentist did not do..it was very clear to me during my visit to Aspen Dental...the other dentist just wanted to get as much money from me as possible...he offered no other options for me. I am thrilled since my income is limited and I do not have dental insurance I am able to go through a payment plan that is affordable for me...and the price quoted to me from the previous dentist for just one procedure is about the same for two procedures I am scheduled for. Thank you Aspen Dental....Roseann Archangel Gunn

I went in for an exam on September 24, 2008. They told me I have gum disease and bone loss with gum pockets reaching 6mm in depth. To be sure, I purchased (yes, purchased- they charge $5 per film) copies of my x-rays from them and took them to another dentist. The new dentist performed an exam and found pockets no more than 3mm in depth and no bone loss at all. Aspen Dental was trying to sell me Restin chips (antibiotics), a lifetime plan of perio-scaling, a $200 toothbrush, a $79 oral cancer screening, a root canal, and anything else they could get me to buy. Total cost out of pocket for me was estimated at $2400 in the first six months. The new dentist told me that Restin chips are obsolete, and that there wouldnt be room in the pockets to insert them in the first place. No root canal, just a buildup and crown. Dont be fooled by Aspen Dentals scare tactics. Save yourself thousands of dollars and go to a real dentist.

While my review isnt about how friendly the staff here is, theyre robotic so of course theyre friendly. My review is more with regards to being impersonal. I was recommended by two long time current patients which I made clear when scheduling the appointment. I was never asked who they were even after giving their names the receptionist just blankly looked at me ? So if not concerned why ask how you heard of a place in your paperwork? My favorite is when I mistakenly asked the dentist if payment plans were offered? He let it be known HE DOES NOT HANDLE FINANCES but would write up a plan. Any who then youre escorted like cattle to the "finance office" , where youre extremely encouraged to make on the spot decisions about dental work. Im going to look for a more family oriented place where it isnt so micro-managed, salary driven, checking patients off a list, waiting for your shift to be over feel. .
