GREAT dentist with FRIENDLY staff which makes you want to come back! Westside Family Dental is a very welcoming office! They make it a point to get to know their patients. When you first walk into the office, you see Chris welcoming smile. Chris is always so helpful in answering all your questions and always gets you in for an appointment when you need it. The hygienist, Tahani, is very gentle and thorough when cleaning your teeth. Dr. Pap always makes you feel comfortable when sitting in the chair along with his dental assistant, Vicky. Vicky talks with you like you are a longtime friend. I STRONGLY recommend this dental office for any for your dental needs!

Dr. Paps office is fantastic. Both doctor Pap, the front desk, and the hygienists always answer my questions with patience, are incredibly friendly, and clearly care about offering great quality and service. With any proposed procedure, they explain the reasoning, taking into consideration my health, as well as cost concerns I might have. My hygienist never rushes through cleaning my teeth, and I always leave with my teeth feeling squeaky clean. They also never spray me with debris, and are gentle with my sensitive teeth. When I had an unexpected dental issue, they were able to get me an appointment the same day, without any long delays. Highly recommend!

We had appointments scheduled for the following week for the whole family. My daughter was complaining of tooth pain and Dr. Pap and his staff got her in right away, with a same-day appointment. They took great care of her and I left feeling very grateful, satisfied and relieved. Same scenario played out in a similar fashion about four years ago with my son. I am always so impressed by their availability, professionalism and bedside manner and am very glad I made the decision to move both kids from our pediatric dentist to Westside Family Dental. I highly recommend this practice!

Westside Family Dental is by far the most professional, friendly and respectful dental office I have ever been to.. I refer anyone who is looking for a dentist to Westside...and all that have went have come back thanking me for giving them their name.. again, from the initial setting up if the appt to the excellent work and friendly smiles while youre there to the exceptional follow through in customer care, they are by far #1 in ALL!! This dentistry & there staff were awesome my daughter had cracked her cap and was needing either bonding or something done to her front tooth. Since we were going out of town &were seeing friends and family she was very anxious since she had went to her own dentist and they were making her wait almost 3 wks to get it fixed . West side family dental scheduled her right away & fixed her front tooth that same day . Looked awesome!! We were very pleased with the dentist /staff attention to detail.You could feel like they really cared. I highly recommend them.

Today I had 2 silver fillings replaced along with receiving a new crown. Although it was a typically nerve-racking 2 hours in the chair, Dr. Pap and Keith did everything they could to make sure I was as comfortable as possible and gave me plenty of opportinities to rest my jaw. They explained what they were doing along the way and made sure I was not in pain. I was even able to have the crown made and placed during the same visit. I would definitely recommend Dr. Pap and the friendly staff at Westside Family Dental.

I came in looking to switch dentists because the one I had didnt take care of me. Dr. Pap, assisted by his brother removed my old bridge and replaced it with two independent crowns. The fact that they can build their own crowns in house and not have me wear temporary crowns is a major service. It spares me the extra appointment and makes me feel more secure when I leave their office. I appreciate the care they gave me today. February 2, 2017.

On 3 different occasions had to prove payments...around couple 1000? Told cost, and paid then later would either dispute payment made or blame insurance company for paying less. Dental repairs needed because of an error made by them...charged me. Honestly, loved and even referred them but thank goodness I had paid with checks and not cash. Never again.

I always have a lovely experience at Westside Family Dental! Today was my first time needing fillings with Dr. Pap and it was quick and easy. The staff are always polite and efficient. They are knowledgeable and kind, exactly what one would want in a dental office!
