My first visit to Cape Dental was for a cleaning, x-ray and examination. The reception staff was welcoming and kind, and confirmed the appointment the day before arrival. Upon getting there, I did not have to wait long and was first seen by an associate for my cleaning. This associate (I wish I would have gotten her name...) was very helpful in explaining the work she was doing, asking questions and giving advice. The cleaning was extremely thorough, and the associate recommended some preventative maintenance that is already proving to be very helpful. The atmosphere was very nice, and the aviary was a splendid touch. I was then led to the room for x-rays. The x-ray technician was quiet, quick and to the point, which was alright. Once that was done, the dentist entered. He briefly introduced himself, looked at my teeth to count the fillings needed and spoke to me for perhaps 5-10 minutes, in which he did little more than speak to me like a child regarding the work I needed done, berate my previous orthodontist (a family member) and send me on my way. Unlike the associate who did my cleaning and the receptionists, the dentist did not make me feel welcome. I would recommend people to Cape Dental Care for a cleaning, but Im unsure if Id return to get my own work done. The services were performed as advertised, dont get me wrong, but with medical care saturation being what it is in this area, the dentist did not sell me on the experience.

After researching all dental centers in Cape Coral and Fort Myers, I decided CDC would be the one. I am so glad. This place exceeded all my expectations even with their excellent reviews. The reception and environment was very warm and friendly. I was directed to the treatment room where there was a huge glass window providing a large view of the unique collection of birds. I must admit that although during all my research I knew the birds and windows were in the exam rooms, I didnt expect it would be as comforting as it was watching the birds buzz around. The whole experience, 30 minutes from door in to door out, consisted of Dr. Kraver and an assistant working in complete harmony, anticipating each others actions without words during the surgery. Every step of the surgical extraction which involved cutting my tooth in half for removal was done quickly and correctly on the first try without reattempts. As this is my fourth tooth extraction by three different places, the others pale in comparison. I didnt think an almost painless extraction was possible. Thanks for being there CDC. Nice job.

From the moment my mom and I walked through the door, we knew we came to the right place. We got such a warm and friendly welcome from the front desk. Dr. Phill was highly recommended to my mom. She previously had a couple of bad experiences at other dental offices. Dr. Phill was so incredibly patient with her-especially in that she doesnt speak English well and I had to continually translate throughout the entire process. She was definitely a challenge and it was very clear that Dr. Phill and his brother (I dont know his name but he was so nice too!) really wanted to make her happy. And that is what they did!! Even his assistants are incredible. One of them even moved the furniture around in the room to make me comfortable. I cant express how satisfied I was with this experience. And I really cant express the feeling of gratitude I have for seeing my mom so happy with her smile. I didnt think my mom could get more beautiful, but she certainly did today! Thank you Cape Dental Care!!!

Best dental experience Ive ever had! I was highly recommended Cape Dental Care and Dr Mark Kraver by a friend of mine a few months ago. And I highly recommend him to anyone in Lee County. My wife and I have had a hard time finding a dentist that we felt comfortable with in Cape Coral, so we are thrilled to have found Dr Kraver. My appointment was scheduled for 9am and I was actually seen at 9am! In fact a few minutes early. I cannot recall any medical experience where I did not have to wait, so that was immediately refreshing. The entire staff was very friendly. Every exam/cleaning room seems to have a view of their bird sanctuary which I thought was very neat and relaxing. My last dentist has been pushing me to get a $10,000 procedure, which Dr Kraver said I did not need. He seems very honest and straightforward. The offices are very clean and the entire experience was quite nice, for a dentist! Keep up the great work!

I am SO happy with this practice. I will never go to another dentist. The prices are fair and the care you receive is top of the line. This is the first time I have EVER been to a dentist where *I* felt like the priority, not my wallet. I went in for a second opinion because of a toothache. A root canal was presented as my only option at the first dentist, and I simply couldnt afford it and wasnt interested in going into debt financing the procedure. So I came here and said that if it came to it, I wanted it extracted. They didnt make me feel badly about my decision and they were very supportive. They got me in for the extraction the morning I called them, the procedure was completely painless, and I was in and out of the office in less than 45 minutes. If you are looking for an honest and good dentist, go here! You wont regret it :)

My experience with Cape Dental Care has been nothing short of excellent. Dr. Phillip Carvers staff have been exemplary, professional and took a genuine interest in my well-being throughout the entire procedure. I had to have serveral extractions and when Dr. Carver inserted the IV into my arm and asked me if I had felt anything and I said "Just a pinch", he said "That will be all the discomfort you will be feeling today". Afer that, I woke up with the entire procedure of extrctions done. After 20 years of visiting sevral dentists in town with not-so-pleasant experiences, I would highly recommend Cape Dental Care to anyone who hs the slightest nervosness about going to a dentist. His office eliminates all anxieties assocated with the profession. Thank you Dr. Carver and staff!

Great place to get cleanings but anything else I would stay away. I had a tooth removed and a bridge put in instead of an implant. It has been a year since and I still have sensitivity issues with the teeth he shaved down for the crown. My wife also had work done there with fillings which one turned out to give her pain. She went back to ask about the pain from the filling and Dr Kraver said she needs a root canal and crown. He assessed this without an x ray... handed her an estimate for $2,500 to get it fixed. Obviously the filling work made the tooth worse and initiated the pain. Needless to say we wont be going there anymore... not to mention she had to wait over an hour for her first visit because they forgot about her :(

I have sleep apnea and had a hard time tolerating CPAP because the mask would whistle in the middle of the night and keep me awake. Not to mention how uncomfortable it was, I was miserable. Dr. Kraver told me about a new device called "The Moses" a custom fitted mouth piece that positions your jaw slightly forward and opens your airway to allow you to breath easier without any obstruction. I decided to try it, and let me tell you, I am glad I did! Its comfortable and I now sleep like a baby. My wife tells me I no longer snore or stop breathing in the middle of the night! I just want to say thank you to both doctors Mark and Phillip Kraver, you guys quite possibly saved my life! It works!
