I was up all night with a horrible tooth ache, Aspen was the only place who would see me on a Saturday. When I got there I was scared because I knew they would have to pull my wisdom tooth (mind you Ive never had one pulled before). I got the pleasure of meeting Dr. Desatnik D.D.S. He took a look and had me reassured that he could pull it with minimal pain. The assistant Lisa was very reassuring also. I felt comfortable there. I agreed to let him pull it, and they got to work. He made sure to numb the area extremely well, which put me at ease because of bad experiences at other dentists. After that, he had that tooth out in 10 seconds or less! No pain at all.. well just the little pinches from the numbing, but none when he pulled it. I also got free x-rays and an exam for being a first time patient. After the extraction, i was told of other work that needed to be done.. I was disappointed because I had no dental insurance, but Scott made sure he took the time to point me in the right direction of affordable dental plans that their office worked with. So because of them, I am pain free and I also now have dental insurance for my whole family! Thank you Aspen Dental for taking the fear of "the dentist" away, you now have a new customer for life!

I took my son there because my regular dentist told me that three of his teeth needed to come out. Two wisdom teeth and one with a cavity needed to come out. We got there for a thorough exam and complimentary x-rays. Well, let me tell u, when I got their bill, on how much it will cost, I nearly pissed my pants. They wanted $3500 to do this procedure. We didnt have insurance and they provided no help with any usable assistance. I dont think so. When my son was experiencing tooth pain, my husband found a place where u can walk in for an extraction. Westlake Dental charged $495, for one toothed and basic anesthesia. $89.99 for a dental plan, $130 for pulling the tooth, and $160 for bone graph, anesthesia. I will b going there from now on. Shame on u Aspen Dental. U wont b reaming me today.

John at the front desk is super friendly and was helpful when I called back the next day too. I was in a lot of pain with my tooth and Dr. Dax was very patient and gentle with me. I have a lot of issues going on with my teeth and he didnt let me feel embarrassed at all. We just came up with a game plan and that was that. The assistant (didnt catch her name) that did my X-rays was sweet and gentle also, I liked her a lot. Jaime who helped me with billing, was super cool and efficient at her job as well. A little bummed because I somehow missed a callback and my voicemail didnt come on so Im still In a lot of pain, but All in all a good experience, just praying these anitiobitica finally kick in because night time is the worst right now. I would recommend this establishment to others.

I used to go to aspen years ago and decided to give it another shot since it was close to home. I scheduled a routine cleaning and wanted to see why a certain tooth has been having a sensation. I went on what must have been a busy day because it took over 1 hour to get to the xray room. When I finally got there they only took one snap shot of my teeth. I waited another 15 minutes before the dentist seen me and explained where my toothache was and he suggested I go to an orthodontist even though he could do it there. I then asked to proceed with the cleaning as I had scheduled and it turns out that I went and wasted 1.5 hours for nothing.

I went to Aspen Dental for a simple cleaning in September 2016. I paid my portion of the bill and the rest of the cost was sent to my dental insurance. In January 2017 I started receiving bills from Aspen Dental, a collection agency and a lawyers office because the insurance companies part of the bill was not paid. After many calls and visits to Aspen Dental, I have learned that the Aspen Dental office did not send in documentation requested by my dental insurance company. I was promised on multiple times that this situation would be taken care of by the Aspen Dental office. It has not been corrected.

This place totally tried to scam me. I went in as a new patient to get seen about some pain I was having that I was almost certain was due to just some exposed nerve. They tried to tell me I had the beginnings of periodontal disease, and 6 cavities and it would cost over $2000 to fix everything. I was able to get into my regular dentist for a second opinion, and I had no cavities, my mouth looked quite healthy, it was suggested the pain was caused due to clenching my teeth while sleeping at night, and to wear a bite guard.

On Wed. Nov. 7 I went to the Aspen Dental office in Fairview Park, OH. I was having terrible pain in one of my right upper teeth. Dr. Desatnik examed the tooth and said it was cracked. It was cracked below the gum line and would not be able to be saved. He and his dental assistant Lisa offered to stay late and pull the affected tooth for me. I was very appreciative of them taking the time to help with my toothache. My affected area is healing well. Thank you Dr Desatnik and Lisa.

Im writing this as someone who is terrified of the dentist. After having some tooth pain, they were able to get me in the next day for an exam. After discovering Id need the tooth pulled, I was even more scared. I arrived for my 2nd appointment and Dr Patel was ready and waiting for me. He did the extraction quickly and painlessly. I was beyond impressed. I had no reason to be afraid. I was in and out within a half hour. I cannot recommend Dr Patel enough.

i scheduled an appointment because i had a filling that fell out and i needed it replaced. i came in and 90 minutes later, they told me that i had a filling that fell out and needed it replaced. Then, they told me i would have to come in for another appointment. Then, they tried to make me pay for work that they would do in the future. It was ridiculous. Also, i really thought the office manager was condescending and rude!

I was very impressed with Dr J, John and the staff. I had not been to a dentist in 20 years. I had a phobia due to a very bad experience. I now am completely cured & have no fear due to the professional staff at Aspen. They took care of the dental issues I had in a quick and painless manor. I now look forward in continuing to improve my teeth and gums in a positive manor. Thanks Dr J Your the Best!

I had a bad tooth and seen Dr.Jun Soetanto and couldnt believe he pulled my tooth with no pain. I kept telling Dr. Jun I was very scared and nervous and before I knew it it was pulled already! Great Dentist and great staff. I will be back and I trust this dentist with my teeth. I will keep you all posted on my future visits for this is my first time with Aspen Dental and Dr. Jun Soetanto.
