Destiny Dental unfortunately has poor customer service. Sometimes you get someone nice and friendly, and other times one may have a bad attitude. Not fully trained on processing and verifiyng insurance-after I gave one woman my insurance information, she said it would not go through and I might not be seen after I already had an appointment. I had to walk her through how to verify my insurance and I do not work in the medical field at all. The first dentist I saw did not do a good job on my fillings and when I went back complaining of pain, was told it was nothing. I saw a new dentist and was told I needed those fillings to be re-done. One of the ladies that does the cleanings is very rude, she was hurting my mouth when flossing my teeth and when I expressed pain she sighed at me and seemed annoyed and then said "let me teach you how to floss your teeth" which I found to be very condescending. Im still going to go back because the new dentist seems knowledgeable about his practice, but if the experience isnt good I will be looking for another place to seek dental care.

Got My Son In And Out Right On Time For School I Cant Speak For Anybody Else Experience But My Son Had Fun They Made Him Comfortable And Wasnt Rough The Dentist Was Very Patient And He Filled Out The Paperwork For His School Right After Salute To This Place

Dont even go there i took my son for a dental clean up and they did everything in like 7 min they just brush hes teeth and thats it and they make me wait alot for the paperwork and the place was empty i dont recommend this place!

Destiny dental has very horrible customer service issue , couldnt figure out what was wrong with my tooth and every one of the dentist were extremely rude. Wouldnt take a dog to them let alone anyone else!

First they didnt send my paperwork in,now after 4months still no dentures! And the case was horrible.
