Oh where to begin. Lets say you have a billing issue....your options are to leave a message and wait "24" hours for them to get back to you....its more likely to be 48 hours. Multiple times I informed them of insurance inaccuracies but they went about their business not resubmitting the claims correctly. Then three months later (after I assumed insurance had paid) I got a collection letter. Ive actually stopped by the office 4 times to speak to the Office Manager to find out why the claim wasnt paid and it turns out they had NEVER corrected the insurance for my son (which was emailed and faxed) to them months prior. Then the remaining balance was because they were billing my dental work per tooth as opposed to quadrant (thereby netting them $302 out of my pocket as opposed to the $120 I was estimated to owe prior to sitting in the chair). When I casually informed the Office Manager (who has a degree in public relations) I would be seeking a new dentist she casually said, "OK". Prior to moving here from Illinois I had substantial dental work done and periodontal work done so Im not new to the world of dental care. Along with myself I brought my son and my fiance into his practice and the only customer service response I get when I say we will be finding a new dentist is "OK". No attempt to clarify the billing error. No apology for months of billing incorrectly..... just "OK" The office is beautiful and the dentist is nice but the rest of the customer service is atrocious and disgraceful. Im not sure that the dentist is even aware of how this facet of his office is run but personally speaking and from someone who works with INSURANCE and in the healthcare field he should be embarrassed and appalled at this. They are so flush with patients they are willing to disregard 3 (myself, my son and fiance) over a billing error that is their fault to begin with...talk about shortsighted thinking.

After a hiatus of nearly 5 years from seeing a dentist I finally caved and went to Dr. Khalils office. Turns out I had a boat load of cavities to have filled :(. After my initial visit I ended up back at the office four more times to have my cavities filled (yes, that many cavities). Each time I went I was treated extraordinarily well. The hygienists are all very nice and accommodating. The billing/reception lady is a pleasure to work with and Dr. Khalil is hilarious/great at what he does. After some time away from the dentist I was apprehensive to go back, but now I know I am back in good hands...really I highly recommend Dr. K and all the people that work at Premier Family Dental. Side note, I have recently had a tooth that was been bugging me a bit. I called in to PFD and they were able to have me come in same day to see Dr. K and take care of the issue. Seriously, same day appointment at a dentist is unheard of...Needless to say, I was impressed.

I was referred by my sisters friend because they can often do a one day crown. The problem was in a front tooth and I was unable to find a dental provider who would do this in my area. So I drove 2.5 hours to be seen here. From the moment I arrived I noticed small touches to make the patient feel at ease. Their decor is comfortable with warm relaxing colors to greet you as you enter. The staff I encountered were attentive and kind. I did not have to wait at all to get in, they started work immediately. Throughout the procedure there were many things I had never encountered that were designed for patient comfort and safety. Even though I will have a long drive to come here it is well worth the trip and I dont think I will go anywhere else!!!

My family of five (including three young children) have gone to Dr Khalil for all of our dental needs as well as check ups and cleanings. What I love about going to Premiere is that every time we go, our kids are fighting over who gets to go first or the one who has the appointment that day is the "lucky" one. Between Dr Khalil, the hygeniest, and the office staff, we always feel welcome and taken care of. The kids have no fear of their dental visits because Dr Khalil is so gentle and precise. We appreciate that! We have made Premiere Family Dental as our life long family dentist! I would recommend them to everyone!

I have been going to this dentist for years. Past two times I went in, he said I had a small cavity. The first time I got it filled, this past time I went to another dentist and he said I had no cavity. They do have nice hygienists and they are not the problem. The problem is Dr. Khalil creating ways to get more money out of you. If you think something is funny with what he says go to another dentist and he it looked at. It doesnt hurt to look and will save you money!

My experience at Premier Family Dental could not be any better! The staff is warm and friendly, and Dr. Khalil was kind and gentle. I have had dental anxiety from the past and this office made me feel completely at home. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. I am not sure what the previous Poor to Fair comment is regarding, I have never had any billing or insurance issues and all my questions have been answered in a timely manner. This is a great office!

Just a few days before our wedding, my husband went to Premier with a serious toothache. Thankfully, Dr. Khalil handled him with precision and care. He did an excellent job on his root canal procedure, and our plans proceeded without interruption. We are so grateful for the customer service and competency provided at Premier Family Dental. Dont know what we would have done without them!

Our familys experience has been incredible! None of us liked going to the dentist routinely, but Dr. Khalil and his caring staff has made our experiences comfortable and easier than expected. You are first greeted with a warm friendly smile. Dr. Khalil puts you at ease immediately, and his expertise in the field makes him very trustworthy. He will be our family dentist for generations!

I am a person who is very apprehensive and has anxiety going to the dentist. I have to say from walking in, talking to the receptionists and meeting the doctor and hygentist they put me at ease and took care of me keeping in mind my anxiety. This is the best dental experience I have had and I will be having my husband go to this dentist. The whole team is awesome!!!!!!

I have never had a better dentist for my family. Having lived in many different states and visited many different dentists, Im so glad that I live close to this dental office. The doctor is very caring and the staff is extremely helpful. Any question I have is eagerly answered and my family has great smiles :)
