Before arriving at Health & Harmony, I used to take my dog to another small practice that was closer to my house. However, while that veterinarian was friendly and compassionate about animals, her staff was increasingly difficult to deal with. Her staff repeatedly would try to bully me into various procedures whenever I called to make an appointment and especially when I was at their office, without knowing my dogs history or taking my pet parent rights seriously. Not to mention that whenever I did take my dog to their office, she would immediately stress out, shed all over the exam room, and pace the room, taking any chance she got to drag me straight to the exit. It was evident that we needed to go somewhere else. The search began for something better and I happened to pick up a free magazine from Whole Foods and saw Health and Harmonys ad. From their ad, it looked like itd be a good fit and so, I gave them a call and spoke to Andrea. I do not like to waste my time or anyone elses time and I was very up front listing what I was looking for and what I wasnt looking for and finally asked, "do you think this would be a good fit?" and she assured me that Dr. Bowden and Dr. West are wonderful and that they have a holistic and traditional medicine mix that would fit our needs. Ive been taking my dog to Health & Harmony for over two years. Contrary to the previous practice, my dog LOVES going to Health & Harmony for her appointments and drags me INTO the office. My dog remains calm and happy throughout the visit, even during the unpleasant things like blood draws and diagnostics and such. Dr. Bowden and her staff are amazing with my (now senior) dog. I dont trust anyone else for my dogs medical care needs like I do with Health & Harmony. They truly, deeply love animals and it shows. You feel it upon coming into the office, during the visits, and especially when during critical times when your pet needs special attention. Best of all, pet parent rights are respected at Health & Harmony and is well-balanced along side their veterinary expertise. Health & Harmony is an exceptional veterinary practice and I am so grateful to have these wonderful people caring for animals in our community. I highly recommend them! They earn every bit of this 5 star rating but really, it should be 10 stars at least!

Weve been coming here since 2013 and I couldnt be more pleased with the service. Dr. Evelyn recently took care of my dogs who had some mystery illness that my home solutions were not helping. Even though we never found out why they got sick, they improved immediately after beginning the treatment that Dr. Evelyn prescribed. We were able to get an immediate appointment even though the office was booked. This was the first time I have ever waited longer than 10 minutes, and considering that we were added on to a full schedule, I would have waited all day to see the doctors here instead of having to go tp the Emergency vet. Dr. Evelyn is patient and helpful and so kind to our animals as well as to their anxious Mom.. It was at the end of a long day and she never made us feel rushed or anything less than a priority, no matter how late we were there. I have never been to another vets office where every single person who works there is friendly and kind; this is rare beyond measure. Andrea and Aubrey are so patient with my boy, Wishbone.. He is terrified of having his nails trimmed, and they both treat him like hes their favorite client, no matter HOW badly behaved he is! Wishbone really appreciates those peanut butter Kongs. Having Doctors AND staff that love animals and love their jobs makes difficult situations so much easier for our pets and their parents. Aubrey is always in a good mood, even AFTER dealing with my difficult boy. In my 50 years as a pet owner, is unprecedented for me to find a practice where I am happy to see more than one doctor at a vet office. Dr Kim and Dr Evelym are such compassionate, capable and caring women, and WONDERFUL doctors that I am thrilled to have found them BOTH at the same practice! This is a great place to come; you wont find better service anywhere. Leslie Long

Health & Harmony is amazing! Our dog recently just had major intestinal surgery, and Health & Harmony was wonderful throughout the whole process. He was vomiting all night and they got me in first thing the next morning to get checked out. They did all kinds of tests/X-rays/Ultrasounds and monitored him all day and then recommended that he go to OSU Vet Hospital for the surgery. They kept me updated on how he was doing throughout the day and were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions prior to taking him to the vet hospital. They even worked directly with his surgeon at OSU on what the next best steps were. Both Dr. West and Dr. Bowden are wonderful in answering all of my questions and giving me a variety of options for whatever the problem may be at the time. They are also so great with follow-up and checking in after visits - it makes me feel like my dog is more than just another client and that they really care about his well-being. I would HIGHLY recommend Health & Harmony Animal Hospital to any pet parent who wants to be sure that their pet will get the best care and attention from their vet!

I have been to other decent vets in the area, but never felt a sense of comfort and familiarity with the staff. After learning about Health & Harmony, I decided to give them a try. They are fantastic! I immediately felt at peace and knew my pet was in good hands the second I walked in the door. The staff is incredibly welcoming and accommodating and they made myself and my cat feel at home instantly. They go above and beyond what is necessary to make sure that your animal is properly cared for, and they dont just treat your pet clinically; they take the time to pet and interact with them prior to the exam. They even have separate rooms specifically designed to accommodate dogs and cats. I would highly recommend giving Health & Harmony a visit. Their individualized approach to all animals, and the time and care that they dedicate to your pet goes above and beyond high quality service.

Our dog Mack was a rescue who was very timid and shy around new people and would roll over onto his back shaking if they came near him (which broke my heart). I thought that was just the way it would have to be until a friend recommend health and harmony. In less than 2 visits Mack could walk in to health and harmony and youd think it was his favorite place to be. He is always so excited and cant wait to get in a room where everyone will sit on the ground and play with him and feed him peanut butter. I cant believe the quick turn around. The staff is so kind and easy to work with - they truly love animals. Mack is a big boy with a lot of quirks and I trust them completely with his care. They respond to him and his personality, they dont approach him with a one size fits all style. Thank you health and harmony for treating him (and us) like family :)
