They were veyr helpful and nice when I brought my pup in immediately following an injury at the nearby dog park, thus without an appointment, or even being existing patients. Turns out she stepped on a bee and the stinger was between her pads. We decided they had been so accomodating, even bringing towels for her to lie on as she was wet form swimming, and scared. We booked her "vacation" with them instead of Petsmart, while we went away for 4 days. Everything seemed to have gone well, she was even able to bring her crate (we took the door off) and favorite blanket into her kennel. The dogs supposedly ge outside playing/running time every day, which was the deciding factor for us. When we picked her up, her blanket was SOAKED, seriously DRIPPING in urine!!! I dont think they let them play outside at all, and wouldnt be surprised if she was in that 4x10 (ish) kennel the whole time she was there. :( very disappointed and felt extremely bad for our girl. She has never and will never go back there.

I always take my dog to the same veterinarian and recently had some issues so I decided to change for one closer to where I live. Obetz Animal Hospital was amazing! I felt like it was my dogs first ever vet visit. I have never had her previous veterinarian look her over so closely. They really took their time and answered all my questions. I feel so happy to have found them.

WAS SUPPOSED TO BRING MY CATS IN TONIGHT SO THEY COULD KEEP THEM OVER NIGHT FOR THEIR SPAY AND NEUTER SURGERY THE FOLLOWING MORNING> DROVE 10 MILES AND THEY WERE CLOSED! CAT WELFARE PATIENTS GET TREATED LIKE CRAP. I will change my review hopefully in the near future waiting to see how things turn out this time around.

They were wonderful with us when we had to have our fur baby boxer 11 years old Maximillion put down and had him cremated on a holiday weekend. It was so hard for us it was a very sudden illness. Nothing we could do. We still miss him. They did all they could do with minimal charge.

Staff is courteous and thorough. Take great care of your pet. Offer many services like boarding and grooming. Have boarded our pets here satisfactorily. Are very caring and accommodating when you have to say goodbye to a pet. The whole staff signed a condolence card.

we had to put down our cat so we took him here. they were so sweet, respectful and caring. they gave us all the time in the world to say our goodbyes. would go back in a heart beat!
