My mother always took our pets here growing up, and Dr. Shuster is always affordable and so caring, and never over prescribes just to sell you stuff. My grandmother takes her cats here, and now that I am an adult I have been taking my cat and 2 dogs here since I have had them (6+years). I absolutely would not trust anyone else with my babies. She has ALWAYS squeezed me in same day if my pet was sick and I was very worried. They are so flexible, and just absolutely amazing. Both doctors here are fantastic.

Dr Schuster has been treating our pets for years and is wonderful. She is upbeat friendly and sweet and has taken such good care of our babies over the years. We recently found out that both of our dogs have heart conditions and not only has she done an amazing job treating them, knowing how attached we are to them she also has asked how we are doing with everything. Thanks to her, our boys are now on medication and doing much better and we are enjoying our time with them.

Dr. Schuster is the only veterinarian that I trust my animals with. My grandmother took her cats here, and then my mother took our cats there, and now that I have a cat and two dogs, you bet I go here. Im so happy with the care that they receive and the cost is never unreasonable. Our dog had not improved after being treated for an emergency at OSUs Veterinarian Hospital and thank goodness for Dr. Schuster giving us a second opinion and recommending physical therapy from VCA.

Dr. Schuster is so sweet and caring! She seemed to genuinely like my dog and was always patient when explaining things. Her prices are quite reasonable and she does not recommend a lot of unnecessary procedures like my soon-to-be-ex current vet (we moved out of state). Support this small clinic!

Absolutely the best vet we found in Columbus. Stumbled upon this place in the 90s or early 2000s and as I moved around Columbus I would try going to a local vet, but ALWAYS regretted it and went back to Dr. Schuster at Ripleys! Always reasonable price, never felt pressured into procedures.
