My dog decided to rummage through my moms luggage & eat all of her prescription medicines while she was visiting. We had been out sightseeing with her. We got home to find just chewed up empty bottles & a clearly ill dog, acting very oddly. We called VCA (who we use as our dogs regular vet) & they sprung into action. They took down medicine info via phone while we drove there. By the time we got there, they already had a plan of treatment formulated with animal poison control. Their quick thinking & willingness to just fit our dog in immediately without the usual appointment requirement saved our dogs life. We are eternally grateful. Our dog is family & we have many more years of belly rubs & walks ahead of us thanks to the high quality care of VCA.

They claimed that I didnt pay for my dogs medicine in advance and it took 30 minutes for them to finally realize that I did pay for the medicine. On top of it they seem to have staff meetings every time my fiancé or I call to schedule an appointment. Though the actually doctors are knowledgeable, I feel it is over priced and more of a hassle. I gave it three stars because of the specific staff members. I think its time I find a new vet for my puppy!

VCA is an excellent place to take your furry little friends. The staff is so great. Everyone here is always so helpful and they are the only exotic vet in the area who can get you in almost immediately. I like that they talked and soothed both my pets when they werent feeling well. Really great place. The price is already great but definitely worth the wonderful care given by each individual!

Way over priced, my dog needed stitches and they came out 4 days later, her new vet said they were the worst he had ever seen, and thought I put them in myself. Cost me $350 and the new vet charged $90 for the axact same procedure [which had to be done all over again since these guys messed it up]. Do NOT go here.

Fantastic. This was our first time bringing our cat and Im very pleased we chose this place. The staff from the very first phone have been pleasant and helpful. Dr. Brown was great also. They kept us in the loop throughout his procedure and healing process. Great service. Highly recommend.

Our family has been going to this practice for over 10 years. Dr. Brown is absolutely fantastic, really great guy who is so compassionate and puts whats best for your pet before anything else. Highly recommend.

Over priced. Told me one price and charged me another. They didnt like when I questioned the bill. Honesty is important to me. I switched vets and I am much happier!
