I have been taking all 4 of my animals to this clinic for the past 5+ years. Today was the last time I will be going here for anything. The front staff was short and seemed annoyed. My appointment was at 11:15, which arrived promptly at 11:10. She took me back by 11:15, weighed my dog and said the vet would be in in a few minutes. Finally after waiting for 45 minutes I went out to ask if the vet would be coming in soon. She sort.of just grunted and rolled her eyes and stormed by me. So I went back to the room and the vet showed up a few minutes later. He didnt even know I was there waiting!! Horrible communication on their part! And not even an attempt to make a sincere apology to me for their mistake. The vet looked aty dogs ear (which is why we were there) and then said he would grab the prescription we needed. He wasnt even going to clean it out for me, until I said something!! So ridiculous, I will never go back here again! Oh and I still paid the full amount which was $44 for the appointment and another $36 for the prescription!! So incredibly over priced, especially after the crappy treatment we received!

The only reason your getting a 1 star is because theres not an option for 0 .We took our dog to you because he was so sick , you said to bring him back in the morning because you didnt have time ,so after you sedated him and sent us home no more than 15 minutes later he wouldnt stay awake , we rushed him to OSU animal hospital and they said if we had got there 20 minutes later he would have been dead .So please people do your research before you take your dog to a vet .

They are so great: my 20 week old puppy had been attacked by another dog at the dog park. I took her to Medvets in Hilliard the night it happened, but Dr. Timmons said he could do everything they could for less money. They kept me posted on how she was doing throughout the day. Great experience!
