"BEWARE" I went to this Vet, several times. I thought my Puppy was in good hands. I got all shots on time and was told I would receive a guarantee with all shots. Well, I found out there was no such thing as a Guarantee! You would think, if you paid a Vet for Shots, to prevent your Puppy from being sick, on time, that you should have that issue and if you have that issue, they cover the expenses like they said, they would in the beginning. When I explained to the Veterinarian, my puppy was sick with the illness that I thought my puppy was protected from, due to having shots particularly at this office. They went on to it make up a reason why they could not cover the cost and why they would not assist me with my puppy. They tried to manipulate me and tell me my puppy was not up to date on all shots, which we both know was untrue. Then they went on even further to lie and say that I did not come back in time for shots. Just totally left me and my puppy without help, where I had to go to a different Veterinarian for help. I would recommend this other Veterinarian, Harperwoods Veterinarian. I feel they were reasonable and honest, unlike Animal Clinic East. So please beware, this Vet can not be trusted!! Do not believe that guarantee that they offer in the beginning to get your business!!

Ive been taking my dogs (and quite a few WWTP kittens) to Dr. Marc for 30 years. He is a very good vet. He listens to your concerns and does his best to help. He also keeps his prices as reasonable as possible (considering the times we live in). There is only one thing I dont like... that is when he takes a vacation. I dont want to go to another vet!! Thanks Doc for all the years of service!!

Nice clean waiting area. Pleasant people working there. Reasonable prices for visit and medications. Heart Guard was the same price as ordering it online. Dr Arellano was respectful, well spoken, and obviously cares about his practice.
