We recently relocated to the Columbus area and needed to quickly establish care for our senior cat who has chronic kidney problems. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Randall and the staff at Worthington Woods Animal Care Center. Our previous vet had recommended we take some pretty drastic steps to manage his illness. Dr. Randall thoroughly examined our cat and reviewed his records. She made recommendations that we are less drastic while still thoroughly addressing the problems our cat is experiencing. She also took the time to listen to our concerns and was patient with us as we asked our questions. And, even after only I week we can tell he has started to feel better and has been more active and playful!! Our cat, Charlie has been to several different veterinarians due to out of state relocations. To say he becomes stressed at the vet would be a gross understatement. Not only did the staff make the experience less stressful for us, but more importantly, Charlies experience was clearly less stressful. The staff was more confident and calm when handling him than any vet I have been to with him before. We were so relieved and feel so fortunate to find such a wonderful, experienced, knowledgable and caring veterinary clinic. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. Even if we move further away, we will continue to use them because they quickly earned our trust and Charlies.

Had to go to them for the second time, ever, yesterday. Yesterday morning, we had five cats. Yesterday evening, one of our cats seemed to have developed symptoms indicating some form of brain tumor. The doctor was quite explicit on where I could go for further help; however, knowing my baby was an "old man" in kitty years, and knowing the general outcome and prognosis, I chose to have him euthanized. The staff there, just like the first time, were SO wonderful. They worked us in last-minute. They were informative and honest about everything. The treated my little old man with grace, compassion, and tenderness, and treated me with much of the same. In my opinion, you could do FAR far worse than take your beloved furperson there for assistance.

I liked it so much- each of the three or four times weve gone. Ive been very pleased with the staff, though there is one lady there that seems like she hates it and either shouldnt be in the customer service field with pets or people or she would fit better within a different organization that aligns more with her skills and needs. My major complaint is a typical visit generally cost no less than $150 for one cat. Now that we have two cats, as much as I like it, I have to move on. I wish I could afford them in my budget. If you have the money, theyre worth it. They provide really great services and seem to be very knowledgeable and caring.

I have taken my 2 pets here for a few years, the staff is very warm and customer service is great. However, both dogs that were patients here had their teeth pulled (different breeds, one a rescue one from a breeder) as a result of the teeth pulling both dogs became deaf-one a year after the pulling and one within months. The one dog became very confused in her old age and had a few strokes. Im not sure if there is a connection between deafness, strokes and teeth pulling-or not but I would definitely recommend seeking another vet if you need dental work for your pet.

My dog was a bad dog and needed a bath ASAP...I called around and they were able to take her immediately. They also called and got her records from our vet by the time I got her there. She was cleaned and well groomed in a manner of a couple of hours. I was very pleased with the willingness to help on short notice and the caring and professional care I received. I will go there again.

Amazing!!! That sums up everything about this vet. I have never had to wait to be seen. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Randall is so wonderful. She would get down on the ground with my puppy and play with him every visit before she did anything. She and her vet tech were so patient and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend this Doctor and this vet!

Whether new pet check-up, continuing care or end of life compassionate care., these folks are the best. As an adult, I have been a pet owner for over 40 years, these folks have been our neighborhood animal care givers for over 20 of those years, and you could not ask for a more caring, thoughtful, personalized approach for fur-friendly caretakers.

Ive taken my animals (cats and dogs) to this vet since they opened. They trully care about the animals, and even go out of thier way to make them comfortable, particularly with boarding and grooming.
