First off I left work early for this appointment was offered overtime but needed this appointment ,was a long drive remind you got there at 12:45 appointment was at 1:00 -2:30 came around i went to the desk asking when will I b seen the receptionist Got smart saying she called my name 3 times remind u I was sitting right in front of desk and never heard my name called one time ,she really lied like in my face and she goes to say just reschedule like really who has gas and time to waist like that ,that place is smelly and very dirty and soooooo ghetto and so unprofessional and i told her no thanks usdental will never see me again I will go somewhere else and when I went home I called another dental office and they were so much more nice dont ever go there you will have to pack a lunch...and good luck even getting threw when u trying to schedule the appointment...

I was disappointed with service I received from US Dental Care. I arrived 15 minutes early, as I usually do for medical appointments. The intake person told me that the cards were not current, so I asked if she could call for verification, she refused. She said, office policy is to reschedule if you dont have a current card with you, because they do not have time to call. That was the last thing that I wanted to hear after pulling two children out of school and taking off from work. Thats the first time I have ever heard that from any medical provider that I have used. I called another dental office to see if this would be a problem, and I was told no, so I will be using that dental provider. I reported this to the office manager and requested he review this policy.

They have been taking care of my teeth for years. I have gone and got my teeth cleaned with and without braces. Very through job. Grey with the little details.
