Fast and friendly! The staff was funny and conversational and incredibly professional. The facility seems high-tech, clean, and well run. I also appreciated how aware they were of how much procedures would cost and knew exactly what my insurance company would and would not cover, to help me keep my out of pocket low. When I got there, I filled out some paperwork, got x-rays, a full cleaning, and an inspection from Dr. Katya. I was in and out in about 50 minutes. There was no wait when I got there or when I left. I am very happy about the service I received and the overall high quality of this place! FOLLOW UP: I had two fillings done at a later date, and had another great experience. I was in and out in 30 minutes and got to watch the golf channel while the work was being done. :)

Nice enough and seem to be capable but I tried this place twice out of convenience. Both times I was told I had a cavity that needed filled. The first time I went to my family dentist in the suburbs and he told me that was an aggressive diagnosis and filling was not required. I went back thinking maybe it was just a mistake and it was awfully convenient. They admitted they made a mistake but they had found another cavity. This one was bad and I should get it filled asap. Being hesitant I didnt want to get it filled there but my old dentist had retired so I got a recommendation and went to another dentist. Again this dentist told me it didnt need filled and I could just watch it. I would not trust this place.

Every member of the staff is very helpful and understanding. I was surprised at how friendly and gentle everyone was considering the majority of the patients are at their wits end with pain! Dr. Katya is very gentle, patient, considerate, and thorough. I left knowing the job was done right (i previously had two root canals, and a crown done on single tooth.that some how got infected?). The receptionist is hands down the best, and very knowledgeable regarding billing and insurance policies. I read the reviews on Google about Village Dental before i went, and i am in total agreement with the previous 3 reviews! The staff and environment have a way of calming your nerves about any procedure. Hope this helps...

I also agree with the other reviews. After researching and reading reviews, Ive decided to go to Village Dental Care and was not disappointed. This is now my 2nd year with them and each time I am impressed with their knowledge and understanding of different procedures. I have been to many dentists and they are the first ones that checks not only your teeth but also your throat, blood pressure, etc. for any abnormalities. Also, they use technology that limits the radiation you get. Its surprising to see that there really is a difference between dental practices and that little things can make a big difference.

The secretary Terri has no business in any job dealing with the public. I am a nurse and was called in to work and as a result, I had to postpone my appointment for a tooth extraction. Apparently rescheduling an appointment 2.5 hours prior is of a great inconvenience to her. My entire family has since pulled our business and we will go where the entire staff is competent and is held to a standard of customer service. We have notified our insurance provider and have advised them of my experience and will continue to share our experience with our colleagues and associates.

As an OSU student about to graduate Ive been looking for a dentist in Columbus for quite some time, but felt unsure of where to go (Ive been going to my hometown dentist for almost 20 years, and was afraid to make the switch!) After reading reviews, I decided Village Dental was the place to go, and am so glad I went! The staff was so friendly, and totally made me feel at ease (I recommend Chuck if you get a chance to request, he was hilarious) Dr. Katya was very knowledgeable, and best of all, nothing hurt. Overall, Id have say it was even be better than my hometown dentist!

Ive had terrible experiences with dentists my whole life and was afraid to have to find another one when I moved to Columbus in May 09. Dr. Katya and everyone at Village Dental Care are so amazing. I am never nervous to go to my appointments, even having several standard procedures done that had made me incredibly anxious with previous dentists. Terry, the receptionist is always so helpful and the office is very neat and clean. I have recommended Village Dental Care to several friends and highly recommend Dr. Katya to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Everyone at village dental care has been awesome! They always take time to answer my questions. The first time I went was after skipping dentist appointments for a couple of years but they were gentle and I look forward to going back for my cleanings now! Everyone here is great, especially Dr. Katerina and Terri at the front desk (who is always juggling many duties and is still quite nice and accommodating!). This is the best practice I have been to in many, many years!

I have been going here for a few years now and have never had a problem. The teeth cleaning never hurts like some other places and am going through their 6- month smile braces and am happy with the progress so far.
