There is nothing less than outstanding, compassionate and professional about Dr. Antolak and his amazing staff. Our familys experience with The Gentle Dentist began shortly after a devastating, life changing experience to our family in July, 14. The love that was shown to me and my children by the entire staff was incredible. Dr. Antolak even prayed the most beautiful prayer over me as I sat in the chair. That said, the reason I just had to write this review was my experience this past week. Dr. Antolak and his team nailed the word exceptional on every level. I started having a serious toothache just before the weekend and on Saturday couldnt stand the pain any longer. I called the office number after hours, yet I still got a member of his staff. This day and age its hard to get a live person anytime you call a phone number, but at Dr. As office you get an answer from a staff member even after hours. Pam needed to get back to her computer since she was out on the road and called me back at 9 pm on a Saturday night to schedule me for a Weds. appt. as that is the earliest they had available. She assured me that they would put me on a wait list for cancellations if they could get me in earlier because of the intense pain I was experiencing. Monday they called and squeezed me in at 10 am that morning. Turns out, I needed a root canal and Dr. Antolak worked the whole procedure into his already busy day. Even as I needed more and more pain meds, he was careful to keep coming back to me in between other patients rather than rush through the procedure before I was completely numb. Nellie sat with me during the whole three-hour procedure, even as Dr. A needed to see his regularly scheduled patients. Oh my goodness, that woman is a gem! What a kind, compassionate soul! However, in our several experiences there over the last year, there, she is no sweeter, more helpful or compassionate than anyone on his staff. They are all fantastic. I have come to love and appreciate The Gentle Dentist as a rare find in todays society. Many people advertise they are "committed to excellence this day and age; but very demonstrate it. I have found a gem and would refer anyone to Dr. Antolak and his excellent and compassionate team. You will not be disappointed.

I have always had problems dealing with going to the dentist, ever since I was a child. I guess you could call it a phobia. That all changed when I went for my first visit at Dr. Antokaks office. Such a refreshing change from my previous dental experiences. Now I actually look forward to going to the office and seeing everyone again. (Please understand the radical change in my attitude toward dentists this represents). I started going to Dr. Antolak when I developed problems and severe pain from work done by my last dentist. Dr. Antolak corrected these problems and had me feeling better at the very first appointment. He was informative and always answered my questions in a compete and common language manner. He never treated my questions as a bother like my last dentist did. Another thing that is very important to me is he stays with you your entire appointment. Never leaving in the middle of a procedure like my last dentist did so many times before. (He had 6 chairs filled at all times and would jump for chair to chair during your appointment. Always creating problems and at times crossing treatments between patients). His staff is top notch and always there to help. Margie is the very best dental hygienist I have ever had. Jessica is always there smiling and keeping your appointments up to date. Dana is the insurance billing master. Never a billing surprise like at my last 2 dentists. Pams a fellow biker and always takes a few minutes to talk. Nelly and Nicole are top notch dental assistants also. (They seem to be able to read Dr. Antolaks mind and have tools and items ready even before he asks for them). This is truly a outstanding dental service facility.

Let me just say that Dr. Robert Antolak is without question at the very top of the scale, not only in his field but as a genuine caring person! Not only is he totally competent, he actually has a real (funny at times) personality, just a kind wonderful person and most importantly an extremely competent (happy) Doctor. As a retired US Army Military Officer and a current DOD/DA civilian I have been fortunate to have traveled overseas working in many foreign countries and served at several US Military installations in the US. I can and do say without mental reservation or equivocation that he has NEVER failed me and or my loved ones. He has always been there for us (even when they were closed he came in, can you believe that? he came in on a closed for renovation week) additioanlly his absolutely cost effective procedures are more than fair with the ROI (what can we say, as we get a unbelievable GREAT and WIDE happy smile) being outstanding. I would and do trust him (and his staff as they are also extremely competent) with my wife and children, as I hold them as them closest to my heart. THe MISTAKE you could make is to NOT visit his office and make a seasonal interpretation of what you see and if anyone needs more positive feedback or a personal referral, email me with your number/email address through this system as a post, Ill defiantly call you back. I have known Dr. Antolak for over five years, and always as a great family man and professional. The stories with gratitude from his patients, are far too many to mention. Because of my perception of the Dr. Antolak - when I recently had a troubled tooth, I felt he was the one I needed to call. Dr. Antolak and I spoke on a Sunday when my tooth began creating more pain then I could manage. He saw me, and helped me on that same day (Sunday). This, in and of itself is incredible. Unfortunately for me, my solution required a multi-staged process - root canal to crown. Throughout this entire process, not only was he excellent in his work, but he gave me options. He took extra measures to ensure we tried to prevent any extra work that may not have needed to be done. He never sacrificed quality, while providing the a cost efficient solution. In addition, and all the way through, his staff was attentive to detail, kind and considerate. My schedule is as most very difficult to work with - they were great in staying flexible with me and ensuring we made the process efficient. This is truly a Top in Class dental practice. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a great dentist and dental practice to schedule an appointment with Dr. Antolak. I have confidence you will be happy and satisfied for years to come.

This is the best dentist I have EVER been to! Im terrified of the dentist and have been putting off my dental care for years. It got to the point that I just HAD to go. I researched extensively to try and find just the right dentist, Dr. Antolak is it! His staff is amazing and super friendly too. They couldnt have done a better job putting me at ease. Dr. Antolak even called me ahead of time to speak with me personally knowing I was a fearful new client! I visited a few weeks ago and my temporary crown is going STRONG! Ive had a crown done by another dentist before, and the temp lasted just over a week before it came loose :( Needless to say, that was a terrible experience. Not only is his work top notch, but it was absolutely PAINLESS! I didnt even feel the numbing shots! Seriously, Im a great big baby who hates needles and I did fine. In fact, I moved my next appointment ahead a couple weeks without any anxiety! The best part of all: There was a picture of a cross in the exam room with a quote (and Im paraphrasing) wed be happy to pray with you, just ask! Ill never go anywhere else!
