I would give 0 stars if possible. My brother in law went and had a new patient exam/X-rays. Since he was uninsured at the time, he was charged $80 and was good to go out the door. My sister in law, who is insured, decided to make an appointment for a checkup since her brother had a relatively positive experience. The appointment went well, she was given the EXACT SAME exam and X-rays, plus 2 other procedures (one covered by insurance and one not). She paid her copay, plus the cost of the NOT covered fluoride treatment for a total of approx $75. A week later she received a bill for $120 for the "portion of services not covered by insurance". Their billing is completely fraudulent. They itemized servies to bill to insurance for more than 2x the cost of the EXACT SAME procedures. Rather than an $80 exam and X-rays, she and her insurance were billed for an exam, panoramic X-ray (which my brother in law also had at his appointment), a deep cleaning (which she hadnt been told was an additional cost), and the fluoride treatment. In total her insurance paid approx $133 and the remainder "was her portion" for a grand total including what she paid at time of service of approx $328. The total should have been somewhere in the neighborhood of $200 (including non covered services and before applying any insurance or copayment.) When she called to get clarification of the charges, the individual who answered the phone was unable to explain the difference in pricing other than (and I quote) "your insurance only pays a percentage" and "people who dont have insurance get a special rate". She requested that the fraudulent claims be reversed from her insurance and that she be billed as if she was uninsured as it was significantly less expensive, and she could then submit the covered services to her insurance for reimbursement. She was assured this would happen and a new bill would be issued. This NEVER happened. Today in the mail she received a late notice for the original $120 PLUS late fees. No one bothered to correct the original issue. To this date there has been no contact or correspondence on behalf of Oak Creek in regards to this matter. It will soon become an issue where this "past due balance" will be reported to her credit. If this balance is paid it will be simply to avoid collections. As far as we are concerned your advertising is deceptive, your billing is fraudulent, and your office staff is completely incapable of answering simple questions. The business of 2 customers may not mean much to a large company, but the image that you portray to other potential customers definitely does. My brother in law now has insurance and requires (according to your office... this may be inaccurate inflated amounts also) over $8000 worth of dental work. He will be having it done elsewhere.

I have to admit I was very intemidated when I first arrived, coming from a small dentist office it was quite a big change, but after my visit i could not have been a happier woman.I was pleased with the way the receptionist answers the phone. She says" Hello how can we make you smile today." I thought that was a very unique and comforting way to great a person, that made me smile. This place had team members who take you in a office and tell you all about the company and what to except, her name was Ashley she was very professional. Then their was Robin who did all my x-rays and stayed with me the hole time. LOVED HER!!! She educated me the hole way just as if she held my hand on a scary journey. I dont care how old you are no one likes going to the dentist. Following my x-rays came my cleaning. Thats when I met Kristy in my eyes the best hygienist i have ever met!!! She educated me as well and did not judge me. I can admit i was a little embarrassed of my time away. But the ladies assured me thats what their for. I love them chicks!! We talked about every thing i felt like I had known them for years. After my cleaning I met with Mandi who went over my finical stuff and man after all i had done a lot of X-ray and my cleaning after my insurance i only had to pay 11 bucks! She let me know up front what i need to pay and what my insurance would pay. When it comes to that stuff i hate surprises. On my way out the door Robin gave me the best dental goody bag a adult could want. It had every thing in it i wont have to dental shop for a while. Thanks Oak creeek dental for making your home my new home. xoxoxo

Highly Recommend!! They are exactly what they advertise but way more than that. Ive had a phobia about the dentist for years from a bad experience. And its kept me away for years. From the first time I spoke with Marichelle to schedule an appt. and explained what happened to me, theyve treated me with genuine care. When I came in Malinda, Jenny, Tracey and Emily treated me like family. Michelle stayed by my side as support the entire time with a hand to hold and kleenex to cry. I was on the verge of panic. They held my hand, gave me constant encouragement, no judgements. They greated me with understanding and hugs. Laughing gas at my choosing, just for the asking for my anxiety. Thanks to these fine ladies I made it through the first appt. and was actually EXCITED about the next. Dr. Timothy McDuffee gave me a hug after my xrays and exam. Hugged me like I was part of his family. Im leaving so many staff out of this, the fine lady at the desk, all the support in the back. THEY ARE EXACTLY WHAT THEY ADVERTISE. I dont know what the problem was with the very few on here who had a problem but for me they must be hard to please. THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO GO IF YOU ARE LIKE ME!! And even not like me. They erased my phobia. I feel like I have a bunch of adopted daughters now and a new son who is a dentist :). Thank you Oak Creek Dental. More over thank you personally to everyone on that staff. They are worth any drive and every penny. Ill never go anywhere else. ...Fay

The staff at Oak Creek Dental are beyond awesome! I recently had my new patient exam last week and was petrified. I had, like so many other people, negative experiences when going to the dentist and was not sure what to expect as a new patient. What I experienced was beyond world class customer service. Smiling faces as soon as I and my daughter entered the office is always a great start to any medical appointment.^_^ After having a tour of the facility which helped calm me some, I was greeted by friendly staff who were professional and thorough with every detail of my treatment. Dr. Segnini should be praised for having highly trained staff, who are intelligent and most of all caring. Dr Segnini was the icing on my happy cake as he provided education and options regarding my dental care. Dr Segnini and his staff helped me to honestly enjoy my dental experience last friday 4/10/15. Thank you!!

This place is exactly what it claims to be. I have been terrified of going to the dentist for years, and I would only go when I absolutely had to. After noticing I had an abscess (thankfully painless) I knew this was one of those times I had no choice. I knew abscesses wont heal themselves, and it wouldnt stay painless forever. I saw an add for this place and their "nonjudgmental approach" and gave it a shot. AM I GLAD I DID. I have NEVER had such a relaxing experience at the dentist. They are friendly, attentive, and always willing to listen. I can honestly say my fear of the dentist ended in this one trip. I will use them for all my dental needs, and strongly encourage those who have a phobia of dental offices to give this place a try. Like me, Im certain youll be glad you did.
