I have had a LOT of dentists over the years - until I found Dr Slack. I cannot gush enough over this dental office, and have now gone only there for 12 years! Not only does Dr Slack explain things like a normal person, he is super knowledgeable and super professional. He takes care of my family (husband and pre-schooler) like his family. Everyone is friendly and super helpful at this office. Always on time, easy to find, park, and easy to change appointments if needed. Toys and coloring spot for kids, as well as kids movies to watch if they want while visiting! A few specific instances of awesome: --Never been in pain there. Dr Slack explained I actually have extra nerve to my molars... No other dentist gave that info or care. --I had a crown giving me some trouble right before a vacation - Dr Slack came in on a day off so I didnt go on vacation without it getting checked (and my husband says he gets extra points since he was wearing his crew jersey :) --Toddler cracked her front tooth at daycare- they had me come in that day to just check it out (free of charge) and give advice to calm my fears. --Pre schooler had little cavity, they had a whole fun hilarious procedure to make her think it was not only not scary, but actually fun to go to the dentist (and they fixed it in minutes while she wore a cape and sunglasses.) --Once, I didnt love the dental hygentist, called and let them know - and they quietly marked my chart to never have her again (AND this particular person is not longer there.)

I have been a highly satisfied customer of the Riverview Dental family for nearly twenty years! I say family because Dr.Slack and his staff have made it a point for us to feel welcome and valued from our first visit in the late 1990s up to now. He and his team are highly professional, very personable and really do care about customer service. My wife and I have watched him grow his business over the years and have been impressed as his family and hygienists have moved from a smaller office into a much larger and completely modernized high tech space. We have been especially happy with Dr. Slacks demeanor and teaching skill when working with and explaining any process to our small children. His team has always been great with all three kids. He and his employees alleviated any fear or anxiety that they had when first began their visits and took the time to to get to know them. Whether you are new to the area or looking for a trustworthy change, I would highly recommend Riverview Dental. We love our smiles!

Aside from the kindness each staff member has shown their professionalism out shines many Dental Offices I have been too. I can honestly say this Dental clinic is by far the best Ive had the opportunity to experience. Their synergy within the office assures the patient every bit of their concern will be addressed without any type of demeaning attitude (and yes there has been some in my travels). I also feel reassured that they will listen to my concerns as if they were listening to someone whom they cared about. Its GOOD feeling here and in Hawaii we call that the spirit of Aloha or the Ohana of the place. I have told all my friends and family they couldnt find a better dentist between the new updated programs and equipment they utilize down to the laughs you here in the office. I feel blessed when I called this number to make an appointment. Because this Ohana cares my own Ohana has grown even bigger. Mahalo Nui Loa.

I had been looking for a dentist in the Columbus area that reminded me of my dentist from home (my grandpa) so I had very high standards for not only the dentistry but also how I was treated at the office. I had been to 4 other places in the Westerville, Columbus and Dublin areas and felt like a number and felt like people were over diagnosing me. I came to Riverview dental and met the staff and Dr. Slack and was blown away by the expierience - Finally a dentist in the big city that made me feel like I was back in a small town! The hygenist was so gentle and I could have easily fallen asleep during my cleaning. I also had to have 1 filling done which is never any fun but Dr. Slack and his assistant were so gentle with everything I never felt any pain! I am so glad to say I have found a dentist I trust and will definitely be back! And its so close to our new home in Westerville!

I hadnt been to the dentist in an embarrassingly long time, which resulted in me needing a root canal (my first) and a few cavities filled. From the very first appointment call and through the (PAINLESS) root canal Dr. Slack, Jessica, and Becca (the whole staff actually) have been nothing short of amazing! Whether is was the friendly smiles on faces, the shameless consultations, the payment plan, or again, the PAINLESS root canal, Dr. Slack and everyone at Riverview Dental provided me with the BEST service Ive received at any Dr.s office in Columbus! These people care about their patients and do everything they can to make sure that you feel comfortable and at ease during your appointment. I look forward (!) to keeping my teeth healthy at Dr. Slacks! I have found a life-long dentist at Riverview Dental.

I have been with Dr Slack for about three years now, and I must say him and his employees are the best! His front staff always greets you with a smile and always try to get you the best deal! Nobody tries to sell you on work that can wait if you cant afford it right away. Dr Slack is always making sure to keep you comfortable and knowledgeable about what hes doing! Rebecca is always on her A game and one step ahead, making sure nothing gets missed! I always see Mandy for my cleaning and she always asks how Im doing! They are all just amazing!

From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by Jesse and Ted and made to feel right at home. My appointment was as right on time and Mandi did a wonderful cleaning. Rebeccah and Dr Slack make a wonderful team. They are thorough and very friendly. They are also great at their dentistry. I love the calming experience I have had on both my visits. My family has been going to him for several years. My children LOVE Dr. slack . When ever we go in the kids feel comfortable now theyre even wanting to go back to the Dentist office by themselves. They dont need mommy anymore. The staff at Riverview Dental are always punctual and polite. You truly are one of the family when you go in there . I would highly recommend this being your first stop to getting a better smile.

I would highly recommend Dr. Slack to everyone I know. The whole crew at Riverview Dental was very warm and inviting. My son had his first check up about a month ago, and Mandi and Dr. Slack went through everything they was going to do first and made him excited and not afraid of the noises and tools he would see. He absolutely loved it! ! Such a great group of people!
