This was by far the worst Dentist Office ever, the one in Lakeside Mall, in all the years Ive been getting service, they are frauds and they do a very very poor job of providing services. They gave me a list of things wrong with my teeth that were proven fraudulent by another Dentist, and then they billed my in my insurance for service that I never received on a day that I wasnt in the office because I was at work, and after bringing all these issues to their attention they lied by insisting that they provided the service anyway, so I got my work clock in receipt to prove it and they still wouldnt admit or correct their error. I had to file a claim with my insurance provider and provide proof in order to get my money back! Please check your receipts and do your homework before going to this place they are not creditable or ethical

I needed antioth pulled that day. The very nice lady at the front was very nice and made me comfortable. I told her i was very nervous and asked if they has nitrous oxide. She said yes. I always had nitrous in the passed. Nitrous oxide made me more relaxed. I suggested it to the dr. Tech and she kind of laughed it off. I again suggested it to the Dr and he thought i meant next time i came in. I said no, i would like it now. He said they will put a numbing jell on and u wont need it. Well i felt i did. I will go back again but i will make it very clear to have it.

The staff at the Roseville location are awesome....they took care of me after my tooth split in half last night, I was able to get an appointment on 4/8. The staff (sorry I cant remember their names) along with Dr. Smith was very friendly, the welcoming, they explain everything to me and made sure that I was comfortable during my visit. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you guys so much!!!

My youngest daughter and then wearing braces for almost 3 years before getting her retainer. She had an adult tooth that never dropped and that had to be taken down. Dental works went through A few orthodontist changes. But despite those setbacks, the staff there has been wonderful specially when weve had to reschedule appointments at the last moment. I would recommend them.

Had an emergency Root Cannel Done on 9/26/16. Dr. Smith did an incredible job and his staff new what tools he needs before he asked for them. I had minimal discomfort afterwards. There was no swelling or discomfort the next day. I plan on having other work done. I have complete confidence in Dental Works at Macomb Mall. Thx for everything. Bob Green

Do not go here! They refused to clean my teeth unless I agreed to a $400 periodontal laser cleaning, (insurance doesnt cover). My last cleaning was a year ago (not here) and there was no problems, and it was free, covered under my insurance, basic cleaning. SHAME ON YOU DENTAL WORKS!
